   Hi Duwayne, I still don't understand about the 20% cashback promo there. I wrote to support about it and got the reply that it was only good for 6 days. I wrote back and sent the part I am showing you and no one is writing back. I know Tropica is being very generous for their birthday month. On the 9th and 10th I deposited 5 times totalling $125 and when I asked this is what they told me?Huh?

hello me user name in tropica is jtellez me problem is the next:
today is playing me free chip $10 and i win the waguering requeriment.. i won 30 eur .. good later i contact to live support for ask if i need deposit as the last week that i deposit 25 why i won 25 good ,they me coment nop deposit necesary why i am register member and they have me documents ok.. i put in the cshier the 30 eur but later, something strange happens the number of money and i re-start the program but appears ·your account is blocked please contact the live.." i contact the represent in the and they me coment that i have multiples accounts .. and is false if i am won why open other accounts? is a fatal error  please help me whit me problem..

Last night I made two $25 deposits at Tropica.  User name jokinsers.  I did not use a bonus, this was MY OWN CASH.
I played and then requested a $60 cashout to my quicktender account, from which I had deposited, then played a little bit more with the remainder in my account, and left the casino with $3.13 in my balance.

This morning I accessed my account and you CANCELLED my $60 withdrawal and left me with only $25 in my account.  What the hell?  You just steal money now???  No explanation?  How can you justify stealing my own cash?  You then topped that off by removing all promotions. 

And I thought Tropica was a safe place to deposit!

Tropica used to be one of my top 3 of rival caisnos, but it's changed now.  I've been having long losing streak here, but that is not my complain.  It's hard for me to deposit here again because recently Tropica did not honor the promotion that they promised.  They didn't give me the credit for the "thanks giving offer 1" promotion in which a player deposit and wager at least $100 on Golbler Gold slot to qualify, then they missed giving me the 10% monthly cash back for Nov.  I emailed support asking about it, but it's been couple days past without an answer.

Would you help to sort this out for me please?

Hello,  I really need some help concerning Tropica Casino.   My user name is kebrere and I have deposited 490.00 in the last two days, with no withdrawls.  I deposited 200.00 today, I had a .80 cent balance when I deposited, I was able to get my balance to 600.00, I went to withdrawl 500.00 and it was denied.  Here is my  chat with "Ray".

What is going on with Tropica as of late!!?? I cannot believe that this forum even continues to participate with them!

I read daily about players who never deposit receiving bonuses daily yet I have been a depositing member of Tropica since October 2010 and deposit VERY frequently but RARELY get bonuses.... INCLUDING the ones advertised only for depositing players! When I contact email support usually the first 3-4 emails are never responded too but usually by the 5th or 6th email I finally get a response and every time it is "kindly be patient, the issue is being looked into". How many weeks does it take to "look into it!"

I advise the non-depositing bonus players CONTINUE to do so! Once you become a depositor your bonuses disappear and the support team is WORTHLESS
