i have made several depsoits here. i received an e-mail stating 8 free chip to day now they say i have multble accouts which i do not. they cant tell me the other accounts because they say arent in my name i am only one on this computrt. guess they do not want my money but i want my depsoits back if they are saying i have multible account. which i do not very unhappy

Hi Guys,

Rival have implemented a system that denies players bonuses, based on their playing history across all rival brands. It's up to the operator, whether to use it or not. Tropica Casino has decided to use it but the only problem is we do not know which players end up being bonus banned until the player contacts us asking why they not receiving bonuses. We will deal with each player thats contacts us on a case by case basis and allow players whom we feel still deserve bonuses, to carry on receiving them.

In order for us to do this, please PM me your account login name and currency and I'll be happy to look into the account and allow bonuses to players that still deserve to receive them. We are aware that some players that get bonus banned, shouldn't be and therefore we will be happy to change it.

Hello Duwayne,  I downloaded the casino sometime ago.  I had been enjoying the free chips and I actually won on a free chip.  I didn't cash out though, I used the bonus reversal and ended up losing it, but thats not here nor there, had alot of fun.  Recently when I went in to see about a free chip, all of a sudden it said NO PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE.  Could you find out what happenen?  Now I haven't deposited yet at your casino,  But I am a regular depositor at several Rival Casinos, Vegas Regal, Sloto Cash, 21 Grande, Superior, well you get my meaning, right!  I just had not gotten around to you juys yet.  If I'm not allowed any promotions, I really doubt I will deposit there, but I have never been excluded from promotions before and I would just like to know why?

hi duwayne i made several deposits at tropica and they shut off my promos. i didnt get any promos on my deposits and i have had none since either. I was so angry as they just kept telling me they would review my account and send me an email but they never did. I closed my account out of frustration and anger.
Can you please help i liked playing there

Hello Duwayne.  I am a depositor that has been bonus banned.  After talking with support, I was told the casino has the right to flag my account and had their reasons.  Username: Proofreaders2000.  It was unfortunate because I like the casino.

it's not the first time I cashed out from Tropica, I just dont understand why they asked me to send ID, utility bill again along with new faxback form, but I just sent those docs in again.  The thing is that I sent the new faxback form to them on 9/16, but they said they never received it, so I just want to make sure they receive those docs again this time and process my cashout ASAP please.
