  •   Duwayne Are there any other Rival Casinos that you have influence with? I have become very fond of Tropica, and am so anxious to play as a regular. Soon as I can get started up and off the ground. I don't need these other Rivals or their abuse.One day they're sending me birthday wishes, the next I'm locked out! Don't know how they can treat someone this way, with lies, promises, and accusations with no proof or explanation. The only thing I can think of is this being their way of weeding out undesirables, like me, for not depositing enough and on a regular basis. Do you think this is why they can't answer?   • Today I got a mail from Tropica about weekly bonuses. Tuesday was 200% slotsbonus. In my cashier it is empty and when I asked livechat they said that I couldn't get any promotions because of the abusing of bonuses from my country.
    Strange since they removed those restrictions in the beginning and I did get the first No deposit bonus. I also got the free $13 on halloween.
    So Duwayne, have you change the rules again or is it just me?

    My login is pipoc01. I signed up in October and I had no promotions available due to duplicate accounts at Rival casinos. Since then I've closed most of my Rival casino accounts. I tried logging into your casino today and was unable to because account is now locked. I would like to try this casino. This is the first time I've been locked out or denied access and promotions from any new Rival casino. And I don't understand why emails are sent out from Rival announcing a new casino to sign up with or a introducing a sister casino for another Rival casino for me to sign up with if it will cause this to happen. So I closed all my Rival accounts that I could recall having opened and left less then a handfull open. So I was hoping you could review my account again because honestly I've never been turned away by any other Rival casino and it's just odd that only Tropica has. It just seems unjust somehow.     Can you give me your account logins and I'll check whats going on for you. Please bear in mind that accounts get blocked by Rival for bonuses. They look at players history at all rival brands and then make a decision. I'm happy to overlook their decision, should they be wrong.
