    I registered few month ago on your casino via LCB and had the free spins. after few days from this i have received an email from your casino telling me to send my documents for verification so i contacted them via email and i refused to send my documents if there is no need for verification (i have no money in my account i never deposited and never request a withdraw). A few days ago, i wanted to take part of a promotion on your website and i saw that my account is restricted i cant even see games displayed in the website thats too hard !!! i sent my documents on friday 9th february and waited for a reply to day i received a reply from your team telling me to send a utility bill or bank statement. I send it again (bank statement). I contacted the support to tell what s wrong with all this the answer was because of my adress i didn t set the street and number, i give the bank statement where everything is ok, then the support asked me to send an utility bill and i don t have finaly she asked me for a police attestation of my adress !!! i said why all this i have nothing to withdraw and she blocked the chat on me closed the conversation and i don t have no more live chat. i didn t said anything wrong or impolite. Would you please solve my issue and let me have access to website and verify my account. if you want i can send you my driving licence or national id in wich there is the adress written.

  • I was just talking with your live chat and i provided my driving licence, and for adress bank statement was not accepted they want it in PDF and they asked me also autority document from police with adress. I have my id card with the adress provided and the supp said that they don t accept id card for adress verification (but logics say that id card is provided from police autorities) isn't an autority document?? I really don t understand why you need 3 id passeport driving licence and id card + you want 2 bank statement + letter from autorities with my adress.     They removed my winnings 464€ without acceptable reason

    I wins one bonus with rollover 150,00 and with maximum winnings limited in 100€

    Then I done bets using the bonus (prove evidence: https://i.postimg.cc/B678R8PR/bets-with-bonus.jpg) and ended the rollover with 119,56 as proved in this image of prove evidence

    Then, after this moment of rollover ended, all bets I done (thousands of bets for long days of last weeks) was done using deposit funds, bonus deposit funds (other bonus) and real money

    My end review about this company, for to advise and alert current and future possible customers for nobody more to open account and place money in this scam company, for not to have headache as I had:

     

    No exist something good in this company. All is ridiculous and amateur. They only accept deposits and not pay withdraws of customers.

     

    This is one company desonest. This company haven't money for to pay customers. They promise offers and not honour. They removed my 465,00 money of my balance, without any reason, and are closing chat while I am writing. I asked for to deal with one supervisor in chat and was denied me. I asked for to deal in phone with a staff member, and again was denied me. They haven't money for to pay customers. They only accept deposits and not pay withdraws of customers. This is attitude of one scam company!

    I can not pass the address verification for more than 10 days. I sent them the passport. mail receipt with aliexpress with my data, an extract with the details of my Bank account with the seal of the Bank and my data. she didn't fit. then specifically opened a new Bank account and sent them a contract which has all my data. they rejected it. 3 days ago I sent them a utility bill in my name. and they rejected it again.   • they just each time reject all my documents for withdrawal to a Bank account. I sent them mail receipts, utility bills, Bank details and a contract. they rejected everything. send a template message so I uploaded again the documents confirming the address. but I have except these documents there is no other. I made deposits with them from Neteller, but they don't want to withdraw to him. since according to their rules, my withdrawal is possible only to the Bank account.
