I also signed up from the link provided and did not receive it.  Left a message and I received the response that the bonus cannot be credited manually...Huh?Huh?? oh, well.

Well I have finally qualified to make a withdrawal on a n/d bonus!!!  Just got an email saying they are sending me the money!!!  Slotland's $33 sign up bonus, waiting to receive $150, let's see what happens.  I am so excited!

I had received a check for my withdrawal from Slotland Casino. The check could not be cashed because of it being from Canada and me being in the USA. My bank had to send the check to the issuing bank to be cashed. It has been 5 weeks since this originally occured and as of today, 02/18/2010 there has been no response from the issuing bank. How do you suggest I get resolution in this matter?

Hi S2000chick,

I'm going to jump in for Ondrej (I'm the Marketing Manager for Win A Day Casino, Slotland's sister site with a shared Billing Department). 

Sometimes some of our players do have a problem with cashing in the check. I think the first step you should do is contact your bank and try to get the check back. Not all banks have this hold, as we have many players who cash the check without a problem.  If you have another bank I would suggest contacting them and finding out if they could cash it faster.

Another option, if your check is $200 or more, is to send the check back to us and we can send you a Wire transfer, which usually takes 5 business days.

In order for our Billing Department to look into this more clearly I suggest you email support@slotland.com with your Login ID and tell them about the problem. They will forward your question to our Billing Department who will be able to look at your account and maybe give you more personalized suggestions.

Thank you hilary and I have done that already. The issue is that my bank does not have the check. It was swent by them to the issuing bank and are not receiving a response from them. Therefore the check is just in limbo somewhere. I had contacted customer support and they informed me I could return the check (which was $500) and they would do the bank transfer however I can't get the check back now. As I said it has been 5 weeks already. My bank informed me today when I requested an update that they can do nothing until they have received a response from the issuing bank and when I attempt to contact the issuing bank I can't even get through to a live person for assistance. I have also made several more deposits at5 Slotland and at this point that will end until this is resolved. I am just wondering what more I can do to resolove this issue. I don't normally even cashout on anything under $1000 because most of the time it would just be re-deposited. Recently I had decided to make these cashouts so I can see what Casinos I would continue to play and what ones I need to stay away from. Boy oh boy lol. I have also deposited at win a day but I don't really understand how to play these slots lol

I made one deposit of $25 to winaday back in 2008 just to check out some of the games back then and I know you guys had different kind of bonuses 3 years ago.  I would like to try out all the games at winaday agin and possibly I might become a regular depositor for life, Smiley  and to do this, I need the big welcome 200% bonus to test all the games.  Just wondering if you could ignore the deposit I made in 2008 and give me 200% bonus this time.
