I'm going to jump in for Ondrej (I'm the Marketing Manager for
Win A Day Casino, Slotland's sister site with a shared Billing Department).
Sometimes some of our players do have a problem with cashing in the check. I think the first step you should do is contact your bank and try to get the check back. Not all banks have this hold, as we have many players who cash the check without a problem. If you have another bank I would suggest contacting them and finding out if they could cash it faster.
Another option, if your check is $200 or more, is to send the check back to us and we can send you a Wire transfer, which usually takes 5 business days.
In order for our Billing Department to look into this more clearly I suggest you email
support@slotland.com with your Login ID and tell them about the problem. They will forward your question to our Billing Department who will be able to look at your account and maybe give you more personalized suggestions.
