    I deposited at Silver Oak and then looked here for comments on them.  Hope it wasn't a mistake as I have read some bad stuff about them.  Anyway, I didn't use a bonus.  I don't seem to have much luck with those and the playthroughs.  It was a deposit of $30 and I am at just over $100.  I called them last night and sent my documents to get payment thinking I would cash out for once.  Today I got a call from Vanessa from Silver Oak welcoming me to the casino, etc. etc.  I told her about sending my docs.  She hung up to check if they received them (they did) and called me back again.  She told me to call her at any time if I needed anything.

    Just wanted to let you know my experience.  We will see about the cash out.  They told me it is by moneygram and takes about 17 business days.  Kind of long I know. 

    I think I will play again today.  Hopefully I will win and will be able to cash out.  We shall see.  Sending all those documents is a pain IMO.

  • I have been waiting since July, 8th, 2001 for my payout from Silveroak Casino.My payout was approved and the wait begins. Just the whole run around about business days, third party payout takes longer, blah, blah, blah. I am supposed to receive a Fed-Ex delivery this week. I will believe it when I see it.

    PS Club World/USA ripped me off for over $30,000 a few years ago stating that I had 2 accounts, due to the fact I was unaware of a sister casino they owned and did not know you have to use the same email address or you are considered a crook of sorts. CDS investigated and ruled in their favor because I did not keep a copy of the chat stating that I only had one account with Club World/USA. You see, I checked to be sure, PRIOR to deposit about only having one account with chat. Very hard lesson learned about RTG's.The worst part was, I did not even use a coupon, it was a straight $50.00 deposit.  I am VERY careful now.  By the way, I have been a silent member here for years, this is my first post.  Isabelle in the VIP department has been very nice to me, honestly.  It is just taking for-friken ever to get paid.   • Regarding Silver Oak;
    During my recent mis-understanding with Silver Oak I got the feeling the chat support person was a company man, maybe even the owner. Vincent was who I was trying to resolve the mis-understanding of my latest withdrawal with was insistent I was wrong, even after detailed explanation.
    Most people would have been cussing given the times I had to explain myself. The rep here at LCB along with multiple emails and chats to them finally did resolve the issue but whew!  Vincent did apologize deeply for his error, but I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I hadn't remained patient and polite?
    Anyway since my last transaction was a deposit, I thought I'd take advantage of the "BACKNOV" free chip. As always I ask for details prior and low and behold I got Vincent on the chat. He said please NO because I had just won........????? I knew I was entitled to it so I went back later and took it expecting to play it out until gone, because of the chat previously.
    I'm having mixed feelings about going  back there now, I did win and they have (twice) and are paying me (two more) wins. but just have this feeling that I'm going to get screwed. Anyway for what it's worth, something to learn from. huh

  • I know most of you already know this but I used the new no deposit code today and ran it up from $50 to $800+ -after several hours of play they removed almost all of the money in my account -when I asked why I was told I "abused" the no deposit coupons as I had already used one previously (which was true)..I have used coupons before on other sites and have never had this happen (when I have used 2 on the same casino)..I wasn't even trying to withdraw..anyway just an FYI for those of you who use ND codes more than 1 x in any one casino -this can happen so don't get too excited about your wins

  • I have had the same problem with Slot Madness. I have a withdrawal pending since August 8. I finally had contact with Brooke@silveroakcasino.com. Apparently my withdrawal was sent via check on August 23. It is now September 6 and I still haven't received it. I was told that I would be sent the tracking details from Elena and have yet to receive anything. I was told that it takes 7 to 10 business days to arrive and it has been that long and then some. I tried contacting her myself and she hasn't responded either. I really would like a rep to help me if possible. Thanks.

  • So what happened to the Rep?  Personally I have always received payment from silveroaks within 1-3 weeks. Always paid and vip support relatively helpful.  Although they do have many rules on their "free bonuses" and I suggest players chat with support to have documentation of what the terms on the bonus are, copy it, save it; in case you have a problem when cashing out.  IMO

  • I am having big time troubles getting my withdrawal from Slot Madness.  Withdrawal made 8/15/12, approved and check cut 9/4/12, but cannot get a tracking number from them.  I just get the run around. 

  • You don't need a tracking numbe from fedex..  Just call fedex and advise you don't know the tracking number and give them your address, bet they have no record as I doubt it was picked-up on the date the casino says is was.  But you will then have proof that the informaton they provided was not accurate.

    you will get paid but it takes this group up to 3 plus weeks to actually send your payment.  based on my experience

    I've just had a dreadful experience with "OPREMIO.COM CASINO" exclamation Im "Extremely!!" careful when it comes to playing at a casino whether my money or theirs. I done all the background check's, verification of Certificates, etc etc and YET, once i downloaded i was asked to fill in a registration form..DONE, logged into the casino, Redeemed their free $30 and starting playing. It was only by pure luck that I hit a big one from Count Spectacular that took my account from $18 to $539.58 exclamation!!! I was rapt! AND i only had $58 dollars left to make the playthrough!Even if cash out was only X2-5 times free chip I was happy as if it was all the money!I mean,who doesnt get that thrill from winning on a free chip??     I guess you meant, "these clowns shouldn't be rouged just because they pay a grand"? 

    I have withdrawals for $800-$2000.00 and all payed within the same time frame give or take 2-4 business days.
    Actually, I don't know why several sites and forums have rouged them. If you have that information I would like to know the reason. All I have found is that they questionable practices when it comes to honoring bonuses and payout issues. I have never experienced these problems and even before I ever made my first deposit I called to ask why it seemed so many players posted problems and was advised that many of them failed to follow the terms and conditions and were upset because it took too long for players identification to be approved, withdrawal to be approved and to receive payment then I asked how long all of this did take and told up to 7 days on id documents, 7 days for withdrawal approval and 7 days to be paid. Then after first time making withdrawal called by Player Support who advised of terms and gave me direct extension if I have any problems with my withdrawal.
    I have always received 100% payment

    As for my latest withdrawal request, recieved tracking number on 10/13, to arrive per couriers info on 10/17. Have to admit this is 4 business days later than in the past, but then again my recent payments fron InetBet, CW and Casinotitan took 7+ days longer than promised or normal based on past experience.
  • when i used to play with them when i first started,  the first time i made a sizeable withdrawal which was 4 or 5 grand, i dont recall exactly....it was worse than my rushmore experience,  i finally got paid but it took months to get thru the process.....that was one of the most painful, excuse and lies filled process i have ever went thru.  same lies and delays over and over.......i think rushmore used them as a business model.....this is how they earned their rogue status from my experience

  • Silveroak, Planet7, Slotmadness, Captain Jack have all excluded me taking bonuses. Can't blame them I did win many times. Amazing thing, (and by the way I did get favorable response with my previous issue) I've deposited without getting a bonus and still managed to win, hmmm.
    It would be nice to still get those no restriction bonuses, but I'm happy and have never once not been paid my winnings. I think they're doing a find job.

  • I have been waiting for a payout from Silver Oak Since Nov 13, 2012. I requested $1500 and was approved for $1250 and then another $250. I emailed Brooke and was told I was approved for only $1250 because I used a coupon. I explained that I used a coupon for my first deposit and played it out to -0-. But did not use a coupon on the second deposit so I was entitled to the full withdrawal of $1500. At which time she was rude and stated I needed to contact withdrawal department since she was from the Escalation Dept. (you would think this is who I needed). When I asked for the contact information she stated they were closed and could not give the information. I have a copy of the emails. She also stated that since they "use a third party for withdrawals, they can't say when I will get it". Feels like a scam to me....should have known better.

    I've spoken to Brooke before and she is up the chain of command a bit. I've had this happen to me before, you just need to contact them earlier in the day when the accounting people are there. It's not uncommon for the chat staff to be wrong about what exactly is going on in your account. My advice is be patient, contact them again, explain that you were done with the bonus etc. and you should get the full amount of the win if you weren't playing a bonus. Remember, stay in touch with them, be polite and you should get the results you want. Also the time frame does not sound out of line for them, they do pay slower than other casinos but I have always got my money. (As I mention above) Time seems to move slower when you are waiting on money for sure. If you don't get the results you want, contact Cindy Greco who is the rep from that casino group for this website her email address is: cindy@gwages.com
