    Your ID has been received and I am sure the security team will approve it by tomorrow. You can proceed and make the withdrawal now if you wish, as I see you still haven't done so.

    When the account is approved the withdrawal will also be processed.

    It is no bother. I am here to help after all. You haven't received a reply as I personally forwarded your verification documents to security team but because today was Sunday it might have been moved to tomorrow.

    I made a note now for support to also reply any other requests or questions you might have.

    First of all, sorry about not getting a reply and you just gave a good reason to yell at someone as I had the same problem with Ukash yesterday which I forwarded to my payment department but same as you no reply.

    As I though this was just a temporary problem I didn't pursue it further but now I see that is not the case.

    We have actually integrated Ukash 3 days ago for the first time and it might not be tested properly yet.

    Again very sorry for your issue with UKash and I will now send you a free non deposit voucher of 20€ so you can play untill this is fixed.

  • Hiya Voltran - that voucher was awesome -    laugh_out_loud    had a great time. ...thought of a possible solution (because I am still getting the red error message on the UKash deposit area) - perhaps I should siimply use the 'voucher' blank area, like I did with the voucher # that you sent through. I will have to get another voucher and try that. My card will work, but I really hoped to use the Ukash. Looking forward to coming in, either way (maybe I'll get up the nerve to try the poker...)  Cheers!  smiley

  • Voltran - you seem to be getting a lot of work done there! I would like to mention - hoping I am not a pest...yet...but my withdrawal of 50Euros to my Mastercard was approved on the 18th and still no sign of anything having gone there. My card has a pending period of a few days on top of receipt of funds - as it is it will be Friday at least. Is there anything I can do to assist this withdrawal? I thought my account was in good condition...thanks.  Cheers.  ...Sorry if I am peskering.

    Voltran sounds like a name from a Transformers movie but my actual name is Vedran  grin

    Any credit card withdrawals usually last from 3-5 business days and this does not depend on us as each Bank has different procedures.

    Once we approve and process your withdrawal it is no longer under our control.

    I am certain it will be settled to your account in max two days and when you get the hang of all this payment stuff you will become one more satisfied and happy customer on Rodeo  smiley

  • I thought maybe I would be happy with Rodeo, Voltran. As for the withdrawal, it cannot depend on my Mastercard, as there has not been anything sent to it. It is, and has been, entirely up to Rodeopoker since the 18th of Feb.  I have asked at my Mastercard and as I have said, there has been no sign of it - nothing has been sent to them (from Rodeopoker), for pending or for anything else.

    The main thing is that it usually takes 3-5 business days to receive a withdrawal to credit cards. So before we end that period it's best to just wait and I am sure the money will turn up in your account wink
