well to be honest im surprised to be making this post  Smiley

im one of these players that plays on microgaming day in day out and if i win the funds are in my account within 48 hours (how it should be imo)

But as ive said before if your not relying on your winnings and can wait 3 weeks
then personally i cant come on here and slate the Virtual group for making me
wait excessive lengths of time on my withdrawals.

I am relatively new to this forum and tell how it is always one of my pet hates is being
told garbage in live chat when checking what stage my withdrawal is at.

I have made 2 withdrawals with the Virtual group and both times i was told 3 weeks
and to be fair to Ingrid and Virtual both where in my account bang on 3 weeks.

Yup ive never experienced waiting so long on funds hitting my account but if im being
brutally honest after hearing some of the horror stories on here i didnt expect to get
a penny . I dont know if im one of the lucky ones or not but thanks to this forum
ive won $ that i would never have won otherwise .

So thankyou LCB i am very grateful and i will return the favour soon watch this space  Grin

Hello ingrid,

  I entered the Halloween Video Contest that had just passed. I was wondering when winners will be announced? There was no mention of any dates on the invitational email that SOV sent out.

The instructions on the mailer asked for you to send the answers to halloween@slotsofvegas.com, were you able to do this? If not, please send it now and cc me ingrid@prismaffiliate.com.  If they received your email they wrote back, perhaps you didn't receive their reply.

We cannot credit the promotion to your account because your last entry was a free chip, so if you won, you wouldn't be able to cash out (we don't allow two free chips in a row).  If you wish, you can re-apply for the promotion after your next deposit.

hi , i have a ? how do we git rid of calls from C> DEANGELO, i have a cell phone as my only phone. and i get 5and 6 calls in a 2HR. span, and im on a NO CALL LIST, my husband is sick of the calls when were eating or were on a trip, i even got 1 when i was in land casino, very sick of calls and bugging me. im aware of all the bonus, i used to be a depositor till the us passed their laws. would appricate you taking me off your call list , ty josie46
