i talked to one of the operators at Cool cat casino and he/she told me that I didn´t have a regular account but an excluded one.

What does that mean?

I'm sorry if I didn't clarify that this applied to all our casinos and I'm sorry you feel this way.  As I said, you can still get no max cashout bonuses if you wish.

I am awaiting 3 withdrawals and have been waiting for quite a while. 

One is from Virtual Casino (user name: amyspear) requested on 9/25/09

One is from Silver Oak (user name: amyspear) requested on 9/27/09

One is from Slots of Vegas (user name: aspear) requested on 9/28/09

I have contacted live chat several times at each casino, but I feel like I am getting the run-around because I get different information from each agent I chat with.  Can you please let me know what the status is on each of these three withdrawals?  Thanks for any help you can give!  I need the money!

i wish you luck anyspear i too have waited forever at these but rest assure you will get your money someday they give bigger bonuses but take up to three months to pay been there done that GOOD LUCK stay on them

Your Virtual and Slots of Vegas withdrawls will be sent within the next few business days, at the end of this week or the beginning of next week.  Sometimes our processors are delayed in sending funds to the US, especially when there is more than one cashout to the same person.

Please know no one is giving you the run-around, it is just difficult for agents to give you exact information, they basically have to give you an estimate.  I'll keep an eye on your withdrawls and contact you back as soon as I have any further information.

We are not related to Silver Oak, I'm sorry I can't be of assistance.

Thanks for your swift reply ingrid, will check my neteller account at the end of the week and the middle of next week.  So once payment has been sent will the other pending withdrawal be approved and paid in straight away or will i have to wait again. thanks giro247

I hade my first request the 3/9 and and it was approved 10/10. But i still haven´t received a check.
