I'm sorry if I didn't clarify that this applied to all our casinos and I'm sorry you feel this way. As I said, you can still get no max cashout bonuses if you wish.

I am awaiting 3 withdrawals and have been waiting for quite a while.
One is from Virtual Casino (user name: amyspear) requested on 9/25/09
One is from Silver Oak (user name: amyspear) requested on 9/27/09
One is from Slots of Vegas (user name: aspear) requested on 9/28/09
I have contacted live chat several times at each casino, but I feel like I am getting the run-around because I get different information from each agent I chat with. Can you please let me know what the status is on each of these three withdrawals? Thanks for any help you can give! I need the money!

I hade my first request the 3/9 and and it was approved 10/10. But i still haven´t received a check.
