Hi 13oclock,

I've explained why several times in other threads so I'm not going to get into a long explanation.  Basically there are two main factors that influence how long it takes:

1. We offer a LOT of bonuses and free chips and this attracts a lot of people that request one chip after the next or open multiple accounts and expect to receive a withdrawal when they have winnings, as well as fraudulent players in general with many different systems with which they attempt to scam the casino.  Hundreds of withdrawal requests per day from these type of players have a negative result on legitimate players that unfortunately have to send us paperwork and then wait until we're able to verify their withdrawals as valid.

2. The other main factor is that sending funds to some specific countries is complicated (most casinos simply don't), so our processors have to take measures that unfortunately delay the process.

Best regards,

Ingrid

Can someone tell me the direct casino support for Palace of Chance?  I am getting the runaround waiting for a rather large withdrawal.  Keep being put out another week, then another week, then another week.

I noticed Ingrid said not to make any more deposits after you withdraw.  I did, but I contacted live chat first to see if it would be a problem and they said no (I have proof of that.)

Is it the deposit hanging this up?  I like this casino, but if I cannot ever expect to withdrawal winnings, what is the point?  They have made, and will continue to make plenty off me.  This pay out would most likely be paid back to them in no time at all.  lol.  I just want to know they are fair and will pay out winnings as quickly as they will take money.

Was wondering if you deal with Club Player Casino, I have been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed since October 18th. If you do deal with this casino can you look into this for me. Account name is LHofsdal.

Thanks.

Can someone tell me the direct casino support for Palace of Chance?
Hi lakoda,

I am looking into having someone from the other casinos in our group start another thread for their direct support, but in the meantime I might be able to help.

Could you send me a PM with your login? I was unable to find your account.

Best regards,

Ingrid

Hi Ingrid, I made a withdrawal from Palace of Chance on October 4th for the amount of $1000.. I was told it would take 10-15 business days from the 5th to be approved, it was approve on Ocotber 16th and I was told it would take 10-15 more business days to receive the money via bank wire to my bank..I contacted them via live chat several times and I keep getting excuse after excuse..It has been over 17 business days and I was told on Friday via live chat that they needed a few more days.. "Eric: we do have a tech issue with our processor that is why it taking a while
"..the same excuse I see many other users saying they are having problems with as well...Also on the site there is nothing about withdrawal fee's for cashing the money out, why is this? All of the other sites I've played on have the fee's on the withdrawal page, most of which dont even charge fee's, or they give 1 free per month, I asked several times how much the exact amount I should be seeing in my bank account and none of the representatives with Palace of Chance seem to know or want to help.. User name on the site is JordanG   .. I look foward to seeing that money in my bank account very very shortly, I have saved all emaisl and live chat's from Palace of Chance, I do not want to have to pursue this further, Thank you.

I am now getting this excuse .. "This is Lilly with POC. Please note the new regulations in USA about gamming profits are getting harder for the casino send the money to US without being interfered
And the idea is for you to receive that money, not for it to be captured by the government.
So, as soon as there's an available method, it will be send.
Contact me on Friday afternoon, please."[/b]

Why is this? Ive waited over 5 weeks as it is!? What is wrong with these people? Such lame excuses.. no problems with other sites though!!

Hi Jordan,

Your withdrawal will be sent by the end of this week at the latest, we sincerely apologize for the delay.

The amount of the fee depends on which processor sends your cashout, it is impossible for someone in CS or the casino in general to know ahead of time.

Best regards,

Ingrid

Questions:

If there is a problem with getting funds into the US due to legislation, why doesn't this group of casinos tell people before they deposit that it will take up to a month or more and there is a chance they won't get their withdrawal money at all because it could be confiscated by the government?

Why does this group of casinos send out e-mail advertisements with the subject line "quick and easy payouts"?

Why can other casinos approve and process withdrawals so quickly?

If it's a matter of deposit and withdrawal methods, can't that be remedied by incorporating ewalletxpress and other methods?

These are tough questions, but need to be answered if anyone is going to feel comfortable making deposits at these casinos.  I tend to give the benefit of the doubt but with all the problems happening I can't help but be suspicious.

Logically I have to wonder - Is it more an issue of not having enough employees to handle the work load?  Or maybe it's an issue of wanting to hold the funds long enough that people will get impatient and just decide to redeposit the funds?

Ingrid,

I sent a PM but my user name at POC is khartpalace.  Thank you!  I hope to hear from you soon.   I was told last week it would be approved by today at the very latest, still nothing.  Yesterday someone told me next week.  POC website says 7-10 days to be approved, I am at almost three weeks.  Thank for any assistance!

Hi Lakoda,

Thank you for sending me your username.  I have looked into it and your withdrawal will be approved today, we sincerely apologize for the delay.  I'll send you a PM with further details.

If you review this thread you'll see that withdrawals are usually sent on time.  As you will see from some recent posts, especially in other threads, people are upset and have the right to be because there have been delays in the past couple of weeks.

We will be back to date soon with all withdrawals.  If someone else has a withdrawal pending for approval and it's been more than the 10 business days, please let me know.

Best regards,

Ingrid
