Re : Withdrawls from Virtual Group Casinos

(1) For anyone confused about withdrawls from all Virtual Group Casinos
bear this in mind that after the withdrawl request has been approved
from that exact date you will be waiting 10-20 Business Days GMT -5:00.

Below is a standard response to a withdrawl enquiry :
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear ************* Member,

This is ********* with *************. Thank you very much for your inquiry today.

We are waiting for the payment information from the finance department.

The finance department take 10-20 days to be sent after approval
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(2) If your claim is rejected in the first 72hrs after the initial withdrawl request then you wont
be getting paid you can take this as an early indicator and also the time stated for each casino is for the initial approval not the payment time which is counted forward in business days from the exact day the request is approved.

(3) If it takes any longer im sure one of the friendly reps on here should be able to
assist.

In this day and age, why should it take 30 days to get your payment? There is no reason why it should take 10-20 days to have your APPROVED withdrawl processed. That is without a doubt rediculous.

Dear Cindy,

I have been told the check was sent, then told it bounced, then told they have to wait for accounting to re-issue another check... I have been told many times that there is no way to track when it will or has been sent, etc.  My withdrawal was approved November 24th, I havent received anything, yet.   Worried

I liked Wild Vegas casino before it was the only one I played on for quite a while until they decided to screw me over.

The last time, I used a free $100 dolalr chips, played texas hold 'em and got through the $3000 playthrough with well over the 250 max cash outs bonus. I was at about 500 and it went down to 250 after I finished the playthrough, very cool I made it. Decided to withdraw 200 and play the other 50 and I lost the 50.

About a week or 2 passes and my withdraw is still sitting there, I'm bored so I cancel it and begin to play with it again. I lose about all of it and with the last 20 dollars I use it on the tournaments. I won the weekly tournament about 660 and a daily one for another 160 or so. All in all I won over 800 dollars that night.

I start playing more Tourneys and texas hold 'em got to over $2k and than start losing, got down to $800 again and decide to withdraw $700 for Christmas shopping and such. 2 days pass and their has been a manager withdrawal. They took all the money I won saying I cant use free chips in tourneys. Yet I played through the playthrough requirements, should I be able to use it as I want to? I wanted to withdraw it at 200 before anything, I could have deposited it right back and still won the tournaments.... Very unfair

Diamond Dug:

Sending this is info is required for security reasons; in order to confirm player did not provide casino with fake information and also in order to verify Casino is sending the money to the right person.

Cheers

Hello,
I recently won a tournament on Wild Vegas. I would like to withdraw some of my winnings, but think I may lack some things required to fill out the authorization form. I have no utility bills, so I can't send you those, and I haven't (and can't afford to have) deposited via credit card. I am (last I checked) who I say I am, and am of legal age (by far) in my area. Do you have any suggestions how I can do this?

Many thanks,
themolco (on wild vegas and here)

lol i didn't even get to play a spin on your casino before i had a chat rep pop up and tell me the following:-

Lesley: Please hold, while I am checking your account.

Lesley: Sorry about this! But your country is not allowed to receive any “TRY OUT BONUS”.

Lesley: But I can give you a 300% bonus for Slots and Keno (No play through/No Max cash out) for a minimum $30 deposit!

Lesley: Would you like to take advantage of the offer I just posted above?

Lesley: http://www.slotsofvegas.com/bonus-rules.php

you: not right now thanks

you: what do you mean i'm not eligible for a try out bonus?

Lesley: I do apologize but as per the online gaming commission all Europe ,Australia and Latin America has to start with a deposit as a first transaction then free chips will be allowed in between each.

Lesley: How ever, iWe have a 600% bonus plus an extra $100 (Code: PLAYSLOTS600)

Lesley: Example: If you deposit $30 you will have a balance of $310, this offer expires at 11pm ET.

Lesley: Would you be interested in this offer instead?

you: that's strange cos i got a bonus code from latestcasinobonuses.com and the UK wasn't on their restricted list

Lesley: I do apologize

you: there's no need to apologise, it just doesn't make much sense

you: i've used other online casinos before that didn't require me to make a deposit before being eligible for bonuses

you: so i don't think it can have anything to do with the gambling commission

Lesley: http://www.slotsofvegas.com/bonus-rules.php

Chat session has been terminated by the site operator.

now i don't know for certain if what was said about the gambling commission was right or wrong, but i would have loved some clarification. however the link that was shoved at me before the rep disappeared (disgusting customer service by the way) doesn't even work.not risking wasting my time by proceeding, but for god's sake, don't customers deserve a bit more than that?
