Please do your research on Quicktender, they have had funds seized and are not sending out any withdrawals. Ask for checks or ACH.

Hi Cindy

I was informed last week by Quicktender that because it was a holiday in the Netherlands (May 5, 2011) that my payment has been delayed according to QT via its bank. I have not received my money and club Player is supposed to send another payment to QT. Can I stop this because I just read something on line that was posted last November 2010 that Quicktender along with certain casinos has been stealing money from players and has insinuated that the money has been confiscated by the DOJ and there is nothing that they can do. I contacted my Bank, which has banks worldwide, and no money transfer has been sent by QT's bank as alleged in a statement that QT released yesterday and posted on line. Seems like a scam going on somewhere.

Hi Cindy,

I spoke with live chat at CP and they indicated when withdrawals opens in about an hour I can ask them not to send my money to QT and that I can ask for alternative option to withdraw. I believe that I might be able to ask for overnight express, minimum withdraw request is $50.00 so I well meet the criteria. If you can look into the QT issue it would be appreciated because there is no indication anywhere online from DOJ that it took hold of QT money and there is a November 10 2010 post stating that QT has scammed in the past with certain casinos and kept players winnings. Dont know if its true. All I know is that last word from QT in an email to me is that its bank had not sent out a wire transfer for my previous that it received from CP and I read its posting online today that all money had been released to US bank accounts by their bank. Definitely an inconsistency in statements. My Bank has no record of any wire transfer being confiscated by DOJ.

Hi Cindy,

I attempted to contact wage dept but they are not responding May 20, 2011, tommorrow, is 10 business days from the day I was approved as as I said, my second withdrawal money has not yet been sent to QT. I would like CP to change withdrawal methods and send my money to me via overnight express. i also left an email message for wage department two days ago and no one has contacted me as they stated they would.

My user name at slotsofvegas is ggreene40. I made a withdrawal request on April 22nd, well 7 business days later it was approved for withdrawal.  That approval was made on May 3rd, well now it is 12 business days and I ask CS if the cashout is done yet but now being told its not 7-10 days but 10-20 days before its sent. That isn't what I was told nor what your site says when doing a withdrawal. Please help me get my money sent, I have deposited numerous times but when it comes to cashing out it seems like there are many hoops and timelines to get through. I do like your site but not sure if I will continue to play there if it takes up to 40 business days to cash out a small amount of $300.00.
Thanks in advance for your help with this matter.

Hi Cindy

I was able to be in contact with Megan who changed the terms and conditions of minimum withdraw request of overnight from $50.00 to $300.00. I am under $300.00. Megan was also adamant in sending my money to Quick Tender who is alleging the DOJ froze US players winnings. There was a similar assertion in November 2010, too. How come the casinos and QuickTender continued to take US players money if they could not return winnings and especially if the DOJ was involved? I am going to contact other blogs to see what casino payouts are involved in this alleged DOJ take over of US money. With QuickTender alleging that it is not sure of its company future, why would Club Player be so adamant in sending my winnings to them today? Isnt it kind of early for Club Player to be sending out payments with all of its known delays? As usual, when Megan does not want to answer any questions, she ignores and leave you hanging. It just seems to me QT isnt the only ones involved in the scam. So, a total of $419. is involved and could be sent back to CP as a reversal and I most certainly would meet the alleged $300 minimum for overnight express.

Hi Cindy,

I was advised to ask you why my winnings were going to Quicktender to begin with since I did not deposit by this method?
There is a total of $200.00 and $219.00 involved. I contacted Quicktender and requested their contact info from their bank and to identify the alleged US processor involved that the DOJ allegedly confiscated the funds from. My question to Club Palyer is why are they insistent upon my money going to QT with all of their alleged troubles, especially since it was not my deposit method. It seems like the player is being set up to have their money taken from them. Why is Club Player still listing Quick Tender as a withdraw method for US players, especially since it doesnt intend to honor cash payouts for US players?

Club Player is in the Money Gram and Western Union business. You can send my withdrawal to me that way, WU. It costs $16.95 to send and I would have to be the one showing all kinds of identification to obtain the money.

Hi Cindy,

As I stated, I do not want the approved May 5 withdrawal going to QT. I did contact wage dept yesterday and they were adament that my winnings go to QT. I am adament, too and do not want my money caught up there, especially since I did not deposit by this method. CP needs to send a check or WU or MG during these difficulties. I am also going to request that QT send the other winnings back to CP so that I can cash out all of my money and not have it caught up in a frozen state.

Our Casino Brands informed me that as of yesterday, Quicktender is no longer a withdrawal option for US players. US Players will get paid through the different payment methods available.
