    I have a little over a bitcoin on my withdrawal. It was my first time depositing and first time trying to cash out. They did not have any problem taking my deposit. But, would not let me withdraw my winnings and would not communicate with me. This is a nice scam, just ignore the winning players and help the losing ones. Your casino won't go broke, nice business platform, Playamo.

  • Have the same problem with them. Suspended my account after winning and support does not awnser. Have waited two hours at being nr 1 in queue. Then used a different browser and entered a fake email and new chat request they replied within 30 seconds, but when asked why they wont accept my chat on real email they instantly closed it. LOL, but casino sucks donkey ass.

  • If they do not accept US players, they should not allow them to create an account, let alone make a deposit, a lot of online casinos does that.

    Playamo let us deposit and if we lost they take the money, and if we won they will simple just say "We do not accept US-based players.".

    I would have probably kept depositing in the future and probably kept losing money with zero chance of winning.

    Because, even if you did win and decided to cash out, all they have to do say is that magic sentence and they do not have to pay you.

    If that was not a really good scam, then I do not know what is.

    Also, I decided to play at Playamo that day because I recieved an email from them about their holiday promos, so I thought I'd give it a try.

    I'm guessing I'm not the only US player fell for this and probably won't be the last if Playamo keeps letting US-based players make an account and deposit money in their casino.

     

  • Quite a few Soft Swiss casinos will block US players from visiting there sites period if they won't allow you at all.   Which surprises me that they allowed you to make an account.

    I'm going to guess someone forgot tell Soft Swiss to turn on the US player not allowed screen.  Yet since the rep hasn't been around for a while you might not get much of a response honestly.

  • I don't really know who to ask for help or who, if any, regulates these casinos.1.2 BTC is a lot of money for me, I mean I think for most people for that matter. My brother has been an LCB member and suggested that I sign up and ask Playamo's rep about the issue. This is straight up stealing money from US players and most of us don't know what to do about it.1.2 BTC or $10.00 or $0.25, it don't matter, it was not for them to keep and then hide behind their policy, baiting players with generous promos and then shutting them out if the players won.  The craziest part is they are doing this freely without any repercussions for their actions or lack of actions.

    8th,December,2016 . I sent email request to close my account permanently because of gambling problem. But casino did not close my account and still accpet my deposits. This violate responsible gaming policy.

    I have talked with casino today, at first they said they can not check the email history because in was few month ago emai already and asked me screenshot of it. so i sent screenshot to them, then  they said they did not receive the email becasue i sent same email to other casinos also.

    But in the setting with emails was separated to send to those casinos including playamy.

    i did got all the replies from all other casinos, they did close my accounts except playamo!

    By depositing after you sent that 'close account' email meant you were aware your account was not closed. Why did you not contact them on live chat or phone and tell them right then and there that they have not completed your request?

  • I signed up at this casino a few weeks ago. It has a nice array of games. But what turned be off was the high wager requirement which is insane. Having such a high require x50 and can only bet. 025 btc max. This is robbery

  • Hello a deposit bonus email from playamo I logged on and spoke too support agent 4 asking if I had deposited before. He said no and that I can claim first deposit. I deposited with code firstdep using a $20 paysafe voucher it took the deposit and I didnt receive the 100% match or games with it. Support agent I then spoke to said because min of $25. Email about first deposit states min is $20/£25 which is why I used my $20 voucher for deposit. It didn't say min $25/£25. My deposit shouldn't of been accepted using that FIRSTDEP code if I wasn't depositing enough to claim it. Instead took my $20 and gave me nothing..I'm extremely upset and find that extremely unfair as I spent a couple of hours working out what casino had a good offer too use my paysafe voucher. I was totaly disrespected by support who just snapped and said respect their job. What about respect for customers who talk to support prior to depositing to make sure I was going to get a bonus told I would and ended up wasting my voucher as I just got my $20 I deposited. I could of got %50 up too %75 on a few other casinos but chose playamo as I was misled and told 100% and spins

    We got an update regarding your case from the casino. Please take a look at what they said: 

    There was a mistake. 20$ is the minimum for the bonus

    "To get any deposit bonus credited to your account, you need a deposit of at least EUR 20, USD 20, RUB 1000, 200 SEK, 25 CAD, 200 NOK."

    So his deposit didn't meet our requirements for the welcome bonus.

    However, you have credited 25 free spins on Lucky Lady`s instead and the casino rep added this bonus on your account.

  • This casino should be rogued and people should be aware of the things they pull. Here is the latest complaint posted on a well known forum.

    Player: On August 27 I made a deposit of 0.15 BTC and received a 50 % bonus. I played through the wagering requirements and made a withdrawal the same day of 1.416 BTC.
    Soon afterwards Playamo sent me an email:

    Sorry, but your account will be closed and last winnings confiscated due to systematical breaching our Terms and Conditions while playing. We ask you to withdraw your last deposit sum before account closure.

    My withdrawal was declined and my balance was reset to 0.15 BTC, all of the winnings were forfeited.

    I have been trying to get an explanation from Playamo how this could happen. They claim that I "systematically breached the terms and conditions". But they can not explain what part of the terms and conditions I have breached.

    I have not breached any part of their terms and they have no right to confiscate my rightful winnings.

    It does not matter that you use a "special software". It can be programmed to act just like the way I explained earlier and only send notifications about this as soon as the player makes a withdrawal (and not send you notifications if the player loses).
    You say that this system is based on "the percentage of the bonus compared to the deposit amount". If your system should work like this, then it is faulty. I will explain why.

    At the time you made the decision to confiscate my winnings I had claimed 56 bonuses and made 36 deposits. That is a bonus/deposit rate of 1.56. As I mentioned earlier I made several deposits before this, which I lost. What I am trying to explain is that if you can consider my latest deposit to be bonus abuse, then all of these previous 6 deposits should also have been bonus abuse.
    6 deposits ago I had claimed 48 bonuses and from 30 deposits. That's a bonus/deposit rate of 1.6 !
    This means that I actaully had a higher bonus/deposit rate 6 deposits ago.

    The question is, why did you let me make all of those 6 deposits (and let me play and lose them) when I actually had a higher bonus ratio? You said that your system sends notifications to you based on the bonus ratio, which means that you should already have received a notification 6 deposits ago (when my bonus ratio was higher than now).

    But despite this you let me make deposits and it was fine for you as long as I lost them. I suspect that you actually got the notification, but purposely waited to suspend my account until I made a successful withdrawal. This way you had nothing to lose, and there was no way for me to win.

    I can see right through your strategy and it is obvious that it is not fair or right for a casino to act like this.


    Or 54 bonuses on 34 deposits? Which was the case on my previous deposits that I lost.

    The point I am trying to make here is that you conveniently accused me of bonus abuse right after I made a withdrawal.
    It is just as much "bonus abuse" (by your bonus abusing logic) to claim 55 bonuses on 35 deposits, would you not agree?
    So why did you not suspend my account before?
    The reason is obvious. You let me make deposits and it was fine as long as I lost them, which I did 6 times before I made this withdrawal.
    When I finally made a withdrawal originating from a bonus, you could just claim that I abused it and confiscate my winnings.

    This is very unfair and is not how a serious casino should act.
    The result of the playing sessions should not determine if the playing style was abusive or not. Since I played the same way on 6 previous deposits and lost them, they should also be considered bonus abuse, right? In that case I should get all of the other deposited money back to my account according to your terms.

    This is an option that is fair to both me and you.
    Another option is to let me make my withdrawal of the entire balance of 1.416 BTC.

    It is your choice.

    Are you a fair casino that respect their players, or unfair and uses ugly tacticts to confiscate player's winnings?
