Elizabeth, unfortunately there's nothing I can do for you in this case. You've deposited twice at P8 and 3 times at CC total and have made no deposits in the past half a year at all. You have also claimed more in ND bonuses than you have deposited at each casinos so far.

ND bonuses are meant to be loyalty bonuses for regular depositors as a "thank you" for your business and an extra gift so it would kind of be defeating the purpose of them if I were to add some now. I do hope you had an amazing birthday though and if you start depositing again I will definitely make sure you're taken care of at the casinos.

Kirkoala, I could only find your account at Paradise 8 with that email and I changed it to bonus eligible. You might want to be careful though. You are marked as global Rival bonus ineligible likely because of how you claim and use your promotions. This might sound a bit peculiar but the Rival security system is constantly on the lookout for players who play not to have fun but to gain an advantage on the casino using promotions (much like card counting was used to gain advantages over land based casinos years ago).

If you claim a promotion on every deposit and cash out when you just barely meet wagering every time your account will be flagged and most likely disallowed bonuses again as this creates a dangerous situation for the casino. Just so you know.

I get the feeling there are many misconceptions as to why players get bonus banned at Rival casinos. I can't speak for all, but at least for ours, there's only 2 reasons: multiple accounts, or advantage play. That is, claiming promos on every deposit and continuously cashing out every time you just barely meet wagering thus causing a potentially dangerous situation for the casino.

If both of these things in conjunction are found (ie mult accounts and on one of the accnts, bonus abuse) the account will often be banned. Rarely will an account be banned due to just one of them as either one, alone, could be simply a mistake and not intentional.

Cashing out a big win, claiming comp points etc are all very much encouraged! We want our players to be happy and no one wants to play at a casino where they can't win and cash out! Players who win are always great publicity and wonderful word of mouth advertising!

Like I said, it's just when you claim a promotion on every deposit AND continuously cash out when just barely grinding out the wagering requirements. This is seen by the security as advantage play.

Yeah, don't get me wrong. Feel free to claim a bonus whenever you like, even on every deposit.

Just don't consistently play bonuses just to barely meet wagering and cash out. That's what'll get you flagged
