    Warnings and blacklist are two different things.  I do not know what is hard to understand about that ?  I can not provide a link to another forum so i suggest Google search if you are still finding it hard to understand.

    Seems that some of you guys would rather see all these Reps gone ruining the chances for resolution.

    Excuse me but i will not get in an argument with you here. If you like the casino, please keep playing at it. I have seen far to many issues where unsuspecting  players are not being paid from establishments like this . By the way, I would never address you or anyone else like you just addressed me. I have been a long time member here and have nothing but respect for LCB and my fellow LCBers. I have never in any post i have posted here in all my years, shown nothing but respect to LCB and my fellow players. You Sir are the one who shows the lack of respect for this forum in the way you choose to address me for having a difference in opinion. This is my last post to you on this subject because this is not the right place to do it. Feel free to PM me if you want to and we can continue the discussion and i may can shed light on why i feel the way i do. This is from personal experience with the casino.

    The blacklist is always the last resort. It is crucial we try to resolve the complaint first ( sometimes it takes more sometimes less time ).
    All the blacklisted casinos were placed there due to lack of response from the Rep, and non payments at all.

    Those casinos with warnings do pay ( granted with long delays and BS excuses ), and we have contacts there that at least try to help and do actually help when faced with a complaint.

    Now if we were totally ignored by the Reps, and there was absolutely no communication and no payments on sight, then we would blacklist any casino.

    As far as Pamper group goes, it has gone from bad to worse with delays, and the Rep seems to be slower in assisting us than before ( however I tribute this to the Xmas and New Year's Holidays ).

    So any actions will be taken accordingly, however our first priority is to get seculla paid.

    I really think maybe there was a mis communication. I was trying to help, that is the reason i started the thread in casinos. You are right of course about running off the reps. Then no one would have any help. It is just so very frustrating, especially when you have been the victim of one of the casinos yourself.  I wish there was more that could be done besides the warning placed by them.
  • This is my personal experience with Pamper casino and what i think of them.They are not blacklisted just because ,yes they pay their customers ,but with a big delay,well maybe thats the reason,at least i think that is.2 years ago i wagered the 150$ free chip and asked for cashout ,so yes i did have problems with them,meaning that it took me almost 2 months till i got the money in my e-wallet,back then i didnt asked help from noone,like now,you can file a complain so someone will help you,i was sending them every day emails,everyday i talk to the chat support ,yes i did bother them ,till i got the money and yes i got paid,but to deposit there ,i would never do that.

  • I'm still waiting for my money shocked It's been more than two and a half months since my withdrawal request. Always when I ask them why is taking so long and when should I get my money I always get the same answer: " Your withdrawal process is pending and we will update when it's complete.". Same answer during last month. I'm really getting feeling that I'll never get my money  sad

    Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. The casino Reps have gone AWOL..

    We will soon be closing this support topic, as We are no longer able to assist our membership with complaints pertaining to this group.

    This group was always slow to pay, but until just recently we were able to get them to pay players. However in the last few months it has became increasingly difficult to get anywhere with this group and why we will no longer be able to help.

    We will of course still allow reports and complaints to be posted as we need to keep everyone informed and up to date.

  • This group has a very very very bad history of slow and non payment. I wished people would research the casinos before making a deposit. Something simple as typing into google 'Pamper Casino Complaints' can save you a lot of trouble.

AND guess What i got my withdrawal today from a 500 free chip which i put in for 10/15.  I couldn't believe it.  I got it through Moneygram.  Not only that they gave me almost 100 dollars extra.  I would never deposit with them because of their slow withdrawal history, but i finally got paid.

    It has to be done through support but they are slow as molasses and abruptly close the chat.

  • I dont think anything works there anymore though? player support centre goes to error, withdrawal form when submitted just goes back to withdrawal form (no accepting message or anything) chat not available, login on the actual support pages goes to error. The only thing i can get to is the main pages. even tried the retrieve password to see if automated messages working, and nothing frown

    We have stopped mediating when it comes to complaints about this group, but have chosen to keep this topic open as it is a good reminder for all players to steer clear.

    that is not a game. that is in my humble opinion pure crime.
