I'm having a little bit of trouble with Diceland
and was hoping you could give me some input. My Diceland account username is the same username that I use on here.
I requested a WireMe withdrawal on October 4th and sent in all of my documents on October 5th. Diceland "received" my documents on October 14th.
I was told it would take 18 business days for the WireMe withdrawal to be processed but the withdrawal is still pending and has not yet been approved. It's actually not the payout timeframe that is most troubling, but instead the fact that I've emailed 3 different addresses, two in the Finance "department" and have not received any responses regarding my request.
Additionally, the Chat Reps seem irritated with me and will not give me an estimate or any info. The phone lines have been down for over a week on my cell phone number so the only way I can contact them is email. My first email was sent about a month ago.
Please let me know what you think about this.
