I wrote and called then was told I needed to write finance@romecasino.com. I never got anything back after writing. I was wondering if you may be able to find out what happened, and why?

  • Noah, I need your help.  My withdrawal from Rome Casino was set up on October 19th for $600.  Tomorrow it is officially 2 months old.  I have to rely on you because I know there is no sense in writing the finance department and over a week ago Roger in customer service was going to relay my withdrawal message to the boss but that got me nowhere.

    Here is some additional information from 3 weeks ago I can share with you.  If you reread my posts from above to you and your replies the bottom line is it was determined the Rome employees were training the Diamond VIP employees but the 2 casinos were not affliated.  I got paid in a little over 3 weeks my Diamond Vip withdrawal.  Roger said that was from "us" I guess meaning from the Rome group.  The information on my usemywallet account said the withdrawal came from Diceland Casino which is part of the Rome group but it was determined once again Diamond VIP isnt affiliated with the Rome group so I give up figuring out what is going on.  Believe me, I never expected a Rome withdrawal from me going past 5 weeks.  Can you please help me get my Rome withdrawal??????

    This is my first time on the lcb.org and am so happy to find someone that obviously get things done. I don't know if this posting will go to the live forum or not, the only thing I am concerned about is finding a way to hold these online casinos responsible for ethical ( or un-ethical) operations.

    I have been gaming online since the first casino launched taking a reprieve for a couple of years. Coming back online this past year has been a real eye opener. My issue is with a ROME partner. I game at Rome, Diamond VIP Club and Diceland ... all of which are ROME. I have found Rome and Diceland to have terrific customer support people but VIP needs to send their group back to school or fire the lot of them.

    On November 6th, 2010, I submitted a withdrawal request to Diamond VIP Club Casino for $600USD in winnings requesting it be deposited to my online wallet. Today, December 30, 2010, it still remains in the Diamond VIP Club coffers. Their customer support team is rude and sarcastic (I have copies of the chat transcripts if needed) and their finance department is un-responsive. On 12/ 13/ 2010 I turned to the customer support team at Rome for help and one of the representatives spent 45 minutes e-mailing back and forth to the finance department and finally told me that my paperwork had fallen through the cracks and I would have my money before the end of the year. Well that hasn't happened either.

    I have done everything in regards to the terms and conditions, submitted all paperwork and necessary documentation which has been reviewed 10 times and approved 10 times and I have been MORE than patient. What's the point of playing if you can't go home with your winnings? I have chat transcripts from both VIP and Rome and e-mails from and to VIP Finance Department regarding this issue. The people at Rome tell me their patrons are being paid in a timely fashion. They (ROME, VIP and DICELAND) advertise 3 to 5 days to deposit to online wallets. I am approved through QuickTender to receive deposits from my online gaming yet VIP says they are preparing a Wire.

    If I walk into a land based casino right now and win, I walk out with my money. I expect the same from an online casino.

    Any help you can give would be appreciated.

  • Well guys and gals, my issue with Diamond VIP has now been resolved. Bottom line is this, Rome, Diceland and Diamond VIP are of the same cloth. My winnings from Diamond VIP were in fact paid by Rome...but they were finally paid. It seems they have a history of paying out in 8 weeks. That's fine as long as you say we pay in 8 to 10 weeks. A player will still play if they know they are getting paid but when you say 3 to 5 days and 8 weeks goes buy without a reply e-mail or any communication, it doesn't leave you with a warm fuzzy about anyone. Will I play there again? Maybe at Diceland and possibly Rome but I don't think I will ever venture into Diamond VIP again.

    I will thank Michael Baxter head of CS at Diamond VIP for taking my chat and at least being civil. I also want to thank my friend GunnyLab who I believe helped more than he knows. This site has opened my eyes to a lot of the issues with online casinos and it's comforting to know others are making this a community effort to improve the health of online gambling.

Still awaiting confirmation of wire transfer plan, and they state only on Mondays. How many Mondays does it take to reply that the request is approved?

    Jennifer C. did email me that a preliminary deposit attempt would be made next week.
    However she also stated that "Please do not forget that our bonuses are not withdrawable and are removed the point of cash out as per our terms and conditions"   which is quite different than your profit after play through formulas.

    Having made MORE than 700.00 in CC deposits during the past 30 days.
    My last deposit was 200.00 plus a 300.00 bonus, on which I made around 13,000.00 in wagers as required.

    Having made the required wagers, why would she suggest the 300.00 would not be withdrawn and deposited to my bank account?
    She suggests it will simply be wiped away, and removed from my casino account, yet not deposited to my bank account. That is obsurd and makes no sense.

    I requested the full 700.00 withdrawl

    Which for the record is not even a profit, based on more deposits than the 700.00 withdrawl request.
    Why would the bonus 300.00 be "not withdrawable" and removed at the point of cashout? That makes it virtually impossible to ever make any profit at Rome Casino or any TopGame site.

    And, even if so

    Why wouldn't the bonus 300.00 remain in my casino account?

    You would penalize a player who has not made a profit, for simply making any withdraw request? If 400.00 qualified for withdrawl, and 300.00 bonus is non-withdrawable then the 300.00 should be playable and remain in the casino account.

    Or I would argue that your 300.00 bonus was the first 300.00 of the 13,000.00 in wagers I made and lost. Not the remaining funds after surviving impossible odds

    Well do I understand where you are coming from, it can be frustrating to lose what you thought was part of your withdrawal.

    However, please understand that bonuses in online casinos are meant to provide additional chances for the player to win by having a larger amount to roll with and to help him reach those crucial winning plays. They are not money given by the casino to the player to be withdrawn. Moreover, it is more uncommon for a casino to allow bonuses to be withdrawn. You will find that almost all online casinos have this as part of their terms and conditions, as indeed Rome Casino does.

    This is not a penalty for withdrawing, it is a simple term for all bonuses, and this is another reason I always implore players to fully read the general and bonus terms and conditions before playing, as this fact is clearly written there.

    Patrick I do understand but I hope you do as well that the Casino dispenses large bonuses to help you win, as indeed you did at this time, but not as cash rewards. We offer excellent and competitive chances, and provide the resources to increase those chances in the form of bonuses, that are yet non-withdrawable as cash.
