  • Rome casino took an extremely long time processing my withdrawal, the only one made. It was basically the first couple of times I deposited. Since then can't win at all.

    anyway, it took long time to approve documents and then weeks to be paid to Quick Tender. Can't imagine how long it would take to pay via wire or check, but suspect way too long from me to be willing to deposit there again.

  • I wanted to let other forum members aware of my
    Experience at rome casino.  I very rarely play  online, but I wanted to try out their software.
    I contacted their customer support and they said they would give me a bonus if I deposited.  I then deposit close to $200 which I lost. 

    Their support said I could get another bonus if I deposited again.  I decided to try it one more time and sent them another $195.  This time I was luckier and was able to cashout over $3000.

    I sent them all of my security documents and a day later made withdrawl.  The following day, I tried to login to account and it was blocked.  I sent them an email asking for an explanation with no response.  I then sent numerous emails to noah who replied but nothing was done.

    The next email I received was from rome letting me know that they credited my cc for the two deposits I made and closed the account for cc misuse.  I have no idea what this means.

    The bottom line is they kept my winning in excess of $2500.  You can play there, but if you win they keep the money?  Only a very unreputable casino would handle things this way.

    Noah, if you have an answer i'd like to hear it and how I can get. Paid.

    Thank you for your support and help. 

    I'm having a little bit of trouble with Diceland and was hoping you could give me some input.  My Diceland account username is the same username that I use on here.


    I requested a WireMe withdrawal on October 4th and sent in all of my documents on October 5th.  Diceland "received" my documents on October 14th.

    I was told it would take 18 business days for the WireMe withdrawal to be processed but the withdrawal is still pending and has not yet been approved.  It's actually not the payout timeframe that is most troubling, but instead the fact that I've emailed 3 different addresses, two in the Finance "department" and have not received any responses regarding my request. 

    Additionally, the Chat Reps seem irritated with me and will not give me an estimate or any info.  The phone lines have been down for over a week on my cell phone number so the only way I can contact them is email.  My first email was sent about a month ago.

    Please let me know what you think about this.

  • Okay I've emailed the Diceland Finance address nine times and haven't had a single response.

    I asked Noah to take a look at my withdrawal and he said that I needed to provide my casino username when I already provided it and he/she has not gotten back to me on the issue.

    If anyone has ever received a payout from Diceland or Rome casino could you please post here?

    I was told I should receive my money this week which is awesome.

  • My husband is having issues with Rome Casino as well. He requested a withdrawal on August 6 and until recently within the last few days has he actually had ANY contact with his account manager. They waiting all of this time to let him know that they didn't send out his payout yet because he hasn't made a deposit but he had already made a deposit it has been years ago. So they said for him to cancel his withdrawal and make another deposit. So he did that and it wouldn't take his card. He would just like his payout he shouldn't have to deposit seeing that he already made one so he should be entitled to the money from the free chip.

    From our records what seems to be the case is that your husband indeed won off a free bonus without a deposit. According to the terms and conditions, to claim winnings off a free chip a minimal deposit must be made. To this day, he has not successfully made this deposit, and I'm afraid that until he does he will not be able to withdraw. Is there some other way for him to make the deposit? If so I can try to hurry up the payout as much as I can.

  • He has tried his debit card and it rejects it every time.  I don't understand why he should make a deposit because he made one already in 2008 but if it because it needs to be a more recent one I will understand that. I think it was 11/30/2008.
