Rome Casino offered me the worst on-line experience I have had. I cashed out on Feb. 3 and its now March 2 and today they told me that the fastcheck method I requested is having issues. Today was the day I would receive my check, but the casino waited until the day I was supposed to receive it to notify me. Now I will wait another 18 business days. They said there were technical issues with printing checks, so I pray that my check was the one that caused the problems, if not, then I know that the casino KNEW of the problem ahead of time, but failed to notify any other department. I will find out if it was MY check that caused the malfunction, otherwise, I will know that the casino already knew the situation, but failed to tell anyone of the problem, forcing me to wait almost 2 months for 1 withdrawal of $300.

I mean, its not a problem to have to do a bank wire, but why did the casino wait until the end of the 21 waiting period to notify me that I have to do a bank wire, which takes another 18 days.

For operations to run smoothly, one department needs to communicate with another.  That way, 2 great instances emerge.  1.  Every department is aware of changes within the other, thus binding the two departments, customer support and finance, so that support can offer the best services. 2. The customer is happy.

I just want to receive my winnings that I won over a month ago.  I feel that the casino did not fairly notify me that there were changes in the system that would not allow me a printed check.  I feel that the casino KNEW that printed checks were not available, ahead of time.  I feel that the casino should have notified me the instant that they found out that I was not going to receive a printed check.  I would have like to known when they knew.  Instead, I waited all of Feb. to find that out.

Hello Noah,

I enjoy all the TopGame Sites, but recently there have been a couple of "shut downs" to upgrade the software. Can you tell me if there is currently anything going on, as i can not download ANY TopGame site now. Please respond, i miss Vikings, etc.

Thank You,

roossijole:

My experience with Rome Casino has been the same.

Rome is a top game casino- so, they have that set of games. The difference with Rome is neither the games, nor the organization of the site (both of which are as good as any); it's the people behind the website.

The Customer Service (CS) group at Rome is, in my humble opinion, in a class of their own. Unlike my experience at most other casinos, the CS group at Rome seems to actually appreciate the fact that you have chosen to deposit your money with them.
Rather than coming up with reasons that they are unable to accommodate you or your requests, they actually try to (and usually do) find a way to make you happy.
I am not a big depositor, by any means. Yet, earlier this year; out of the blue, I received an email from Rome stating that they had accredited my account with a customer appreciation bonus ........ of over $400!

I've never made a withdrawl from Rome. So,I can't speak to that.
But, my overall experience with Rome Casino has been about the best I've ever had.

I don't work for Rome, I don't have any connection other than being player.
So often, it's negative experiences that get posted here, I just wanted to share a positive one.    Grin

Hi Noah,

I also enjoy playing at Topgame sites but have recently noticed that once you begin depositing at Topgame casinos, you no longer get the occasional free money offers.  I'm not sure if others are experiencing this but with the exception of vegascasino21 and 21dukes, it's been several months since I've received a freebie from the other Topgame casinos, including Rome.

Hi Noah, I don't know if it's been long enough that it's a problem, but I am already freaking out because of the situation I put myself in and I don't remember it taking so long before. I'm hoping my pending withdrawal from Rome hits my Quicktender tomorrow so I can start moving it from there to my bank. All the deposits have cleared on our end. Just hoping you can shed some light on where it's standing. My username there is helwin and it's $1700 . I am so relieved I won back what I got into and then some. I also had almost $500 more that I was going to piddle around with until pending withdrawal cleared. I didn't want to give it any more reason to take longer. Of course now I wish I had left that alone cause I lost it. Just a clue or sign about when it may come sure would put me a bit more at ease. The last date of w/d was Aug 5th

Helwin, Rome and the sister site Diceland are my favorite online casinos because the people are the best.  My experience take the date you ask for a withdrawal add around 5 weeks for approval then after approval add up to 10 days for your money to get to your account. Now the 10 days I am using is based from my end of April withdrawals hit my checking account somewhere around the middle of June.  I just had my June 27th and July 3 withdrawals approved on August 4 and i will post here when they hit my quick tender account.  My April withdrawals went by wire transfer so I have no idea how long it takes to go into my quick tender account.  Now I know how long it takes I am fine with it.

That is not acceptable in my opinon. 6+ weeks is ridiculous to wait for a payout. If they want more players, they will address this issue, and make quicker payouts.

I mean if some casinos can process a cashout in 24 hours or less, surely Rome and Diceland can process one in less that 6 weeks.

Omg  5 weeks? My mortgage payment was going to be late, but please don't tell me it'll be that late. There's no reason for anything to take that long. This isn't the first time I've withdrawn from there. I thank you guys for your input. Even though it's not quite what I wanted to hear. God I pray it comes before any s--- hits the fan so everything will be alright for everyone. I know my bad, but I prayed I'd get lucky and I did, just hope it wasn't for nothing.
