Hi Natalie my husband tried to redeem a coupon "NDBLUCK3" and it did not appear and when he tried to enter again "Coupon code has already been activated by you" what happened? His login is "ed8ntnojoke"  can you help him out? Huh? Smiley thank you BOOIE

your husband was registered at Luck3 in May, but bonus was active for players which were registered from June! That's why the system called of that bonus.
