With regards to your positions here, that i do not know. I just asked if she is al as per my question above.  What is wrong with that?  Because I would like to clarify if she is al cause zuga answered that my question to al, if they do allow Philippine players, has already been answerd by al here. and  she is the only one who answered my question. Am I wrong?  If I am wrong with my premise, my apology.

The intention and relevance,  I am interested to register, play and deposit with genting. I just wanna make sure that i'm accepted fully as a filipino player.  Just to be sure and for my moneys security.  It already happened to me several times, especially frustating when I won the video poker jackpot at bet phoenix.  Reading their terms and conditions thoroughly before I registered.  Then, after I won the jackpot it would be just like that.

Everytime or before I deposit since that frustrating event, I always make it sure of my every details and moneys security.   If you are in my shoe, wouldn't my actions of being so inquisitive be justifiable? I'm risking my hard earned money to these casinos. I would just like my question to be answered by the casino rep, al, cause I would like to be 100% sure that Philippine players are accepted by their casino. Here, he is the proper authority of their casino. Whatever would happen, he is answerable and responsible for his actions and decisions.  That is why I addressed my question to al.  Am I not allowed to do that here mam?

I have to agree with wnanhee that your question "are you Al" did come across as rather rude.  You've doubted what Melcb has said, you have ignored what Zuga has said plus the link that he gave you which shows in black and white from GentingAl that they do not accept players from your country.
