    I have tried to deposit 3x on Lock and also to take advantage of the first deposit bonus on this site but all 3x I could not talk to live chat (no one responded to me) and I even sent an email 2x and still no response...so I deposited elsewhere..I always want to talk to live chat before depositing..was there? is there? a problem with your live chat?

    i used to play at lock,  myself and many others would like to know the answer to this and all questions posted as many have quit playing at your site due to many things like this.....please advise on the forum.  thanks

  • I'm not 100% sure on the support questions so don't quote me. But I'm pretty sure our live support is currently not active, and don't think has been for a while. But as I said before, if you need anything answered related to support you can email me and if I can't answer it I'll get it to someone who can.

    or you can post here and when I see it I'll answer as best I can.

  • I used to be a depositor with you all, but stopped when your rep was very rude and condescending when I asked if any free chips were available.  I had made like 5 deposits that week, and she refused to even speak with a manager to see what she could do for me....  So I stopped playing with you all.

    i have an account @ lock  casino .. i have made many depsoits in my account ., there r times my deposit didnt recieve a bonus i try to get help but it would take so long to even get a reply  or sometimes dont even get a response .  So fraustrating .. at the moment i have two issues with my depsoit bonus and its been overr 1 week still no reply from casino support or resloved .. this is not the first time .. can u please speed up the process ..

  • Unfortunately these guys dropped the ball some time ago. And their Rep hasnt been active for quite some time now.

    They are currently on our "not recommended list" .

  • hello,, i deposit at Lock well at least i did anyways ..I signed up for the rake back and it never worked and then the software at first was messed up i couldnt play poker and casino without haveing to get a hold of support and the every time i asked for a free chip wich was like twice i was told i would have it the next day and it never came oh well...suprize me ..login name is NickNotwell thumbs_up
