  • Have sent her an email.  I'll give that a day or two and then contact the accounting folks at rushmore.  I have not yet put in my request for a withdrawal as I want to find a method that will work for processing the funds.  I'll keep this thread posted with my progress.  Would be nice to hear  some better feedback, wouldn't it?

    Oh my God. Typical response. Why didn't rep give email address to new rep or atleast that "department" they no longer work at?
    Email support? Alot of good that will do.

    I suggest instead you email vip@rushmoreonline.com or try vipsupport@rushmoreonline or rushmorecasino.com  or rushmorecasinoonline.com and better yet call ask to speak with vip support and no help there call back and ask for manager, call back and ask for withdrawals. And finally, call back and (I am sure I will be in trouble for this comment), ask to speak with someone in charge of withdrawals as you have had it with excuses and are considering taking legal action through your bank and or credit card provider.
    If this is your last resort, so be it. You can not be blamed for taking action when a merchant that provides a service fails to follow-through with the terms they have posted and agreed to.

    Had your deposit not been honored and paid to the casino you can bet they would take action as you agreed to when accepting their terms and conditions and they as the provider of the service must also adhere to the terms they agreed to.
    Some may say that you need to wait longer to be paid, but that is not what their terms stated and that you agreed to. Unless players take the legal action provided them, this type of fraud by casinos will continue.

    Don't be afraid to take the remedies you are legally entitled to. If you decide to do so, contact your bank and dispute charges made by the casinos processor up to the amount owed you, no more. Advise the reason as businness did not provide the service as agreed to. You need say no more.
    Please advise if you believe this is fraud on the players part. Or whether I shouldn't be allowed to post this as I am only attempting to provide help for players that have taken all available measures to remedy the problem.
  • All good suggestions.  Thanks.  I am not at that level of distress with Rushmore (yet and hopefully never).  I made an initial deposit a long long time ago which qualifies me for the freeroll every week.  And I may have deposited one other time more recently, but still a long time ago, and it wouldn't have been more that perhaps $25.

    My winnings were from the freeroll and I am just trying to find out if there are other options for withdrawal than the ones offered.

    It appears the only method that will work right now is my opening a new bank account.  I use a very large bank, but it has membership, and apparently that means their swift code goes through a beneficiary bank.  They don't require a swift code, but if the casino requires one they provide it.  And apparently this isn't good enough for my withdrawal.  I need a bank that has a swift code and is not using a beneficiary bank for wire transfers.

    At the moment I don't have funds to open a new bank account, but hopefully soon if that's what I have to do.  One thing I don't want to do is alert my current bank in any way unless that is a last resort.  So hopefully there will be no issues of being told something was sent when it was not.

    It's not like they took my money or that I am expecting to be paid in a reasonable amount of time.  But I am going to keep on them, and I'd like to be able to say their service is improving.  So far, the odds are not in their favor.

  • Mine was locked once and they said I had two accounts and gave me some girl's name I had never heard of.  I told them that wasn't me and they fixed it.  Hopefully it is something simple like that and they will answer you soon!

  • I was actually going to deposit here today for the first time but they informed me that I played there one time previously (so I could not use the 400% first time depositor bonus) but it was in 2006 one time for $100.  That prompted me to ask if I would have to give them a copy of whatever charge card I used back in 2006 should I win and want to make a withdrawal and they said yes..I told them I no longer had cards from back then so that would be impossible and the guy said "well make a deposit and we can figure that out later"  That was major laugh_out_loud for me..needless to say my sanity came back during this conversation and I played elsewhere.

  • Still no response from any of my contact attempts with Rushmore regarding my question about withdrawal methods.  Today I sent an email to the deposits@rushmoregaming.com address.  Will update when any response is made by rushmore or when I try another alternative. 

    Getting closer to when I'll be able to open an account at a new bank, if that's what it takes to be able to request my withdrawal.

    So I think it's going to be a poor attempt of burying all these issues , instead of pulling their acts together.

  • I can't believe players are still playing and depositing at rushmore.  I was a vip for over 5 years and when they stopped paying within the normal time I stopped playing and never heard anything from them again. Obviously they didn't miss my deposits made on a routine basis.  Have they changed for the better?

  • I can get in but the tourney page just spins at 100%.  And that's the only place I go when I log in.  I'm going to miss the weekly free tourney.  Just had gotten a habit of looking forward to it.  I did my one deposit long ago so that I could play in the tourney.
