    they seem to have 8 days pending time before they process your withdrawal... that is quite a rogue term if you Ask me and keen to hear an explanation from the representative.

    i suspect this is why its taking such a long time . what ever you do , don't play it back

    I have an issue with betftv. I had a total rollover requirement of just under 24000€.  (Deposit 400 and bonus 400). I had support verify that 24000 is the rollover before I started playing.

    I have so far wagered over 29500€. Much, much more.
    I have proof of that.

    I have screenshots of my gaming history, yet  they keep telling me I have to wager more and that I am not done.

    How do I get help on that? I would very much like to withdraw my winnings successfully and get a reputable/decent service, as I got very lucky.

    The gist is simple, and can be told two sentences.

    They told me to play more (total rollover was 24 000), with some weird figures of theirs.
    And I have checked my history, and I have played 29587.5 already. And I have proof of it.

    I need someone there to stop stalling me and fix that for me.

  • I have now noticed another very interesting thing on betftv.

    I have won and I currently have over 19 000€ there.

    They have in the past few days (!) changed their Terms and Conditions, adding a clause about how the maximum that can be bet is 6.25€. I would not be surprised if it was due to my case, and that it goes along with trying to get me to play more.


    However, luckily I have not played further, I have now noticed the change, and I had saved the entire Terms and Conditions that were there when I registered when I started playing and completed my wagering anyway.
    So that maneuver will not work.

    I hope I don't see any more tricks like that.
    This dispute is easy enough to resolve IMHO.

    I would also like to speed up this process, if at all possible...  You can understand that I am eager to have this positively and fairly resolved. Nothing more, nothing less.
    I have no problem with weekly installments for the payout.

    Finally I got somebody who found the right figure I'd wagered.
    There were several twists still.


    Like expected and mentioned in the post above, I got linked a page listing the term about the max bet limit.
    I responded with stating that those terms are changed, and uploading the terms that were there when I was playing.


    I also got mentioned the term stating that the rollover is 60x (bonus+deposit). That would be quite a rollover!
    I responded with stating that the Terms when I registered were both 30x (bonus+deposit) and 60x (bonus+deposit) in two different places, and that I had chatted with support and gotten a confirmation that 30x (bonus+deposit) was the correct figure.

    Today I finally got a confirmation that I'd wagered 29500 and change euros (unlike 3-4 previous chats, which were all saying total rollover is 24000 but that I'd done only 13000 and change..).


    So everything is set up now.
    I then got told that I can send them all screenshots of that. And that if things are like I say they are, then they'll fix everything up for me.
    And I did do that. And I have gotten an email from them stating that they received it and they'll fix it up ASAP.


    I'll keep you all posted on how it develops!

    Here are a few screenshots for my situation and for the 19k+ they owe me.
    I have more screenshots (all the terms, their whole website, my whole gaming history etc.); these 4 cover everything discussed. The rollover and the terms change.

    In the last chat I had with support I got an acknowledgment that everything would get sorted for me as soon as they checked them out.
    However, that didn't happen still.

    I haven't had any succes in contacting anyone on live chat who can do anything about it since.
    And they haven't responded to the email with this info, despite the assurance it'd happen right away.

  • I have problem with a withdrawal. And I have even sent following e-mail to support, without an answer. Withdrawal request done 19.9.

    I am writing to you as I am getting rather worried about my latest withdrawal of 397.50 Eur.

    It`s been 5-6 six days now since I made the request and I have heard nothing about the process of the withdrawal so far. The reason why I am so worried as only such a short period of time has passed are followings:

    1. The "live help" doesn't seem to take this as their concern, only giving empty promises of taking care of the matter

    2. As earlier mentioned, there' s been no info whatsoever about the process ( no e-mail, no notifications)

    3. Only e-mail i`ve been received so far is a blank "verification mail". ( nothing in it) I also tried to ask Live support for help how to verificate my account, so I send the requested documents. I never got any kind of answer whether my account is verificated or not.

    4. The withdrawal system is also really complicated. As it's impossible to use Mastercard to withdraw money. Only E-Wallets accepted! This matter is pushing me to use Skrill that I am not very familiar with.

    I am really looking forward your co-operation on this issue as it's been 5 days and I find these matters aggravating. I am a gambler that happen to be a lawyer in a decent sized Finnish company and I've  seen many similar cases from gaming companies. Companies that all seem to to be hoaxes. I've even gotten one to get shut down.

    I also have a proof of these worrying issues.

  • Sorry to say,but I am sure that you will not reciive any answer by email...they never reply on emails,and live chat are mistrust,maybe you will get the withdrawal but with long delay.

  • 1st of October (yesterday) came and went, nothing was sorted out.
    I did go to live chat, and on a third try or so managed to get a hold of Nic Johnson, one of two managers who supposedly are able to get everything fixed up (the other one is Maria).

    I received an apology for it not being sorted, and a claim that the tech support team was supposed to complete it by now.
    I received a promise it would be done either later that day or by today (2.10.).


    Today it still is not done. After a few live chats, I managed to get a hold of Maria.
    We had another chat. She told me she'd take a closer look at my account and that it might take a while.

    I have waited for her next comment for 55 minutes. Such long delays appear to be a common occurance.
    Her next comment was another attempt to impose additional wagering on me (up to 120x bonus).
    I replied saying that the whole issue is tech team or accounts team or whoever not getting that sorted out, and that I have completed way over the agreed requirement (24000, which was 60x bonus). I was already over this with support, many, many times.

    [A quick recap, I have previously received a confirmation that the "accounts team is aware of the whole situation with the rollover and that it will be sorted and that then I'll be able to play on, withdraw, do as I please", and that's the main thing we're waiting for ATM. That's the thing that was supposed to happen by 1st of October]

    She then asked for another moment, which took almost 30 minutes.
    I was then told to look for another senior, [I will rather not mention her name for now], in a couple of hours.


    Apparently Maria wasn't as up to date as one would expect.

    I will keep you all posted.

  • So on the same day (today, 2. 10.) I have returned online after those couple of hours.

    I was then told that this new manager in the story, let's call her R., that I was supposed to meet at that point isn't there. "She is on week off today" were the exact words.

    However, I was told I'd get an email from N. J. in 20 minutes. 30 at the most.

    it is now an hour passed that, and I haven't received any emails [nor do I care about emails much, I just want my account sorted]. I came online to ask what's up. I was told that N. J. is getting it sorted out with the accounts team as we speak. And that I'll get an email about it ASAP.

  • This casino seems to be underfunded and stalling. Their name is being tarnished by the day due to non payment. The rep here has seemly disappeared.     Anyway, I have received an email from them.
    They have now changed their claim into something else altogether. That I have played enough, but not enough, at the same time.

    Quick summary -
    They now made a claim that I have committed irregular gameplay, defining what they mean here:

    " Regardless of the player’s provided screenshots, as per the terms and condition that  the customer has accepted upon registration ‘Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred with or without the use of bonus funds, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses’.

    After carefully examining the user’s gaming session our Fraud department has found such irregular game play, more precisely suspicious amount of wager compared to the bonus followed by an immediate withdrawal request submitted by the player."

    I have replied with
    1. The casino sets those requirements themselves. They cannot rightfully void anything if the player has completed what the casino has set.
    It would make no sense for them not to respect the amounts they picked themselves. Noone could ever withdraw.

    2. In my particular case, I have played 29587.5€. The requirement was 23790€.
    In other words, I have played way, way, way over the required amount anyway. There was no "immediate withdrawal request" with regards to the rollover.

    And, I haven't even managed to place said request anyway.




    A more complete version of the correspondence, if anyone wants to read the details, follows below.

    The gist of their email -

    ... event that the casino believes a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus using different systems or strategies including but not limited to playing in a way designed solely to exploit any given bonus, then the Casino may, at its sole discretion, block, deny, suspend, withhold or withdraw any potential winning from any bonus, in such manner we deem fit and/or withhold the pay out of the proceeds of such abuse to the player in question. Where Bet FTV shall act in good faith to determine if there was actual or attempted abuse.

    Regardless of the player’s provided screenshots, as per the terms and condition that  the customer has accepted upon registration ‘Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred with or without the use of bonus funds, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses’.

    After carefully examining the user’s gaming session our Fraud department has found such irregular game play, more precisely suspicious amount of wager compared to the bonus followed by an immediate withdrawal request submitted by the player.

    In conclusion, the said winnings are considered void by Bet FTV. You are invited to claim your initial deposit by requesting a withdrawal and after submitting the necessary documents for verification.



    My reply, quoting a part of their email first -

    " Bet FTV shall act in good faith to determine if there was actual or attempted abuse."
    " our Fraud department has found such irregular game play, more precisely suspicious amount of wager compared to the bonus followed by an immediate withdrawal request submitted by the player."


    This seems like a generic email which cannot apply to my case and seems to have been sent by someone not aware of the facts surrouding it. Possibly deliberately so.
    Let me point out the most important two of those facts.

    1. Fact is, casino is the one who sets their own wagering requirements for any promos they offer.
    So a casino can never refuse paying out their rightful winners based on the fact that a person "has not wagered enough", provided that the person has completed their wagering requirements. That is precisely what said requirement is for.
    The reasoning for that is simple. The casino itself determined it, and therefore they must uphold it.
    And the fact is, if the casino wanted everyone to play a larger amount first, the onus was on them to say so and put it in writing. That is the only way "good faith" can reasonably be seen there. Not by saying "wager x amount" and later saying "just kidding, x isn't enough".
    It is a written, formal agreement.


    2. Regardless of that, the whole story is inapplicable in my particular case anyway.
    My wagering requirement was 23790€ ((400+393) times 30).
    Had I played 23800, or 24000, or 24500, then MAYBE you might have a case (you would not really, but let's take that for the sake of discussion).

    But I love to play. And I have continued playing on and on, way beyond that, since I felt I was on a hot streak; and I have played precisely 29587.5€ - an amount that is much, much, much larger than any requirements I had. Over 5500€ larger!

    The claim that I have made a "suspicious amount of wager compared to the bonus followed by an immediate withdrawal request", as you put it, is therefore clearly false in my case whichever way anyone looks at it. Again, reasonable conclusions and "good faith" are more than obvious.
