    I hope you can help me with my problem. I came from LCB to 123bingo and used the exclusive promo from the review site. The bonus shown there should be cashable, to be sure about this I asked the support chat before I made a deposit if the bonus is really cashable and got the answer yes. Now I have wagered about 56000 $, a couple more then nedeed, and support keeps telling me that all bonus will be forfeit on an cashout regardless what support told me on first hand. I feel like being tricked into depositing and
    now left alone, got no mail answered.
    I sent a protokoll of the first chat with doreen to your pm, I sent it to support but no reaction.
    Hopefully you can help me.

  • I still havent got a penny from 123bongoonline but they tricked me in making another 25 euro deposit to " ensure § my neteller account.

  • hi, my username for 123 bingo online is broxnborn.  Today i got a call for a 10 free gift from you guys.  i hit 2, 416.  i requested a withdrawal and was told that was play money.  When you call people you should say that.  The rep told me that we customers always call for free money and i let them know that you guys called me. 

    The first time i talked to shane he said that there was a 3 times playthrough for bingo and 30 times for slot and no max cash out,but i could request 1250 a week and he told me to put in the withdrawal.

    I called back to verify what he told me.  Then he told me that i could not  withdraw anything.  Which one is it?

  • The same happened to me with their facebook free $10.  I asked specifically if the winnings from the bonus were cashable and live chat told me yes, it was.  When cashout time came around, accounting told me heck no, it's not cashable, bonus OR winnings.

    They do like to call often and offer bonuses.  I understand the bonus itself not being cashable, but the winnings from playing?  If you are already a member of their site, you don't really need funny money to continue to try out the gameplay. 

    If you don't have it in writing from the accounting department that your bonus isn't just a playdate, I would never assume you will be able to withdraw.

    I don't know if we still have a rep here for 123 and bingo hall, but I'm sure one of our mods will let you know and let you know how best to proceed with your issue.

  • You know at the end of the Live Help chat where you can enter comments? I always put to PLEASE offer NDBs that us loyal players can actually cash out! I received a free $25 chip from them not that long ago, was told it was cashable after playthrough, and then when I went to withdraw they said sorry, I was given the wrong information. I am still waiting on a tracking number from my withdrawal which was approved last Monday. If there is still a rep around maybe someone can help me out? I'd really appreciate it.  smiley

  • I'm curious if there is a rep also.  Sure would be nice to get some resolutions with these sites.  Would also be nice if sites would just SAY what the deal is with their bonuses when you accept them.

    Well......I almost had my check. First of all, they sent it to my old address. Thankfully my friend still lives there and told me the FedEx arrived! This happened yesterday. I was about to go pick it up when I received an email from 123 apologizing because they had to put a stop payment on the check and please do not try to deposit it. A few of their checks had bounced because the 3rd party processor blah, blah, blah. If anyone would like to read the whole email just let me know. So I talked to "John" and he was very apologetic and I told him I appreciate the heads up because I was just about to deposit it, however this is really not acceptable and I do hope the next check is at least sent to my new address. He assured me it was and would get me a new tracking number very soon. Haven't heard anything yet, so we will see after the holiday. I'm not even really angry at this point, just disappointed because I had started to give them some business again and I do like playing there, but I have trust issues. On the bright side, my nice sized check from Cleo's VIP Room arrived in exactly 10 business days (approved the day after the one from 123) and is funding my trip to visit my family on Thanksgiving day.  laugh_out_loud

  • Update - They still do not have the tracking number for the replacement check. They say maybe sometime this week. It has been 20 days since my withdrawal was approved. Cyrus at Live Chat said this has never happened before, don't know if I believe that, but I just expected better from the 123 group.  sad

  • Well, hang in there but don't hold your breath.  At least they are still communicating with you. 

  • Good news, I received my check yesterday which also happened to be the same day they had my tracking number available,  laugh_out_loud. It was sent to my old address, again, though John had assured me it was sent to the new one. It seems to have been processed by the bank no problem, but it still took 23 days from approval to get here. I will have to think about if I want to deposit there again.... dizzy

  • I got so mad at them I doubt I'll ever deposit there, but I did like playing at both of those sites. 

    So glad to hear you did get paid.  I was beginning to think it was just a myth like the FB free $1.00 winnings being cashable.  What was the point of clicking on the floating dollar bill if all it was was a worm on a hook?

  • Let us know when you find that.  There are other sites that have no problem giving cashable bonuses, though some may want you to have deposited recently in order to cashout.
