  • Hey everyone,

It’s my time that i join this forum. This is my first post here, so wanted to introduce myself.

Our bingo sites CyberBingo, BingoSKY and BingoFest do have some really fun games, chat games and promotions happening each day.

Keep on checking this thread for more information on these 3 sites.

I hope you are excited to read on what is happening and share any experiences you might have and ask any questions.

    Cheers

  • Hi There!

Have been a customer for many years, but I do have a few questions...

1-How is it possible for someone to 1875.00 USD on your arcade games? They payout is so low that I for the life of me can't see it happening, but that is just me. So what do you have to get to get that amount on any of the arcade games?

2-One of your payment menthods is Paymycard. Why does the site charge 30 dollars to process it when many other sites only charge 9 or 10 USD to process it?

3-In some of your rooms the Jackpot is over 30 thousand USD, when was the last time a Jackpot was hit in say your Diamond room? When you have 3 sites(Which I believe there is 1 more site but can't remember the name) all playing in the same rooms, and ,many players playing in those rooms, the jackpots just seem to grow without any hopes of hitting the jackpot. Again that is just the way I feel about it, but can say I am not the only one that feels that way.

    Thanks.

  • 1. Our Arcade games can pay up to $10,000 if playing $1 per spin and get a combination of 16 on the top icon of the game in one go. The amount you mention ($1,875) is more commonly won in Keno and not in Arcade games. $1,875 is the maximum prize that a player can win while playing Keno. In order to win this amount a player has to guess 15 Keno spots in one game and must play a top coin. We have several players that win this amount on daily basis.

    2. Unfortunately, processing fees for withdrawals are a reality of online gaming. We have absorbed the cost of these fees (imposed by the third party financial processor) for our players since its introduction. Unfortunately, due to increase in interest towards this method as a payout option, we are unable to keep absorbing these costs to the full amount and therefore we are obliged to make a minimal fee to our players so that we can continue offering this service. We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this matter and hope that you understand that this minimal fee was indeed necessary.

    3. Progressive Jackpots are networked and anyone playing on our Network of sites can win these Progressive Jackpots. The Progressive Jackpot you mention in the Top Progressive Jackpot available on our Network and is available in various Bingo Rooms. The jackpot starts at $15,000 (not from $0) and keeps growing until it is hit. Once hit is starts from $15,000 all over again. We have several Progressive Jackpots and which are hit frequently, especially the Progressive Jackpot in our Pack and Line Bingo Room which is hit several times daily.

    Thanks

  • Thanks for the reply, so Keno is considered an arcade game?

What does the abbreviation VGN mean? I see that come up in the winners box?

    Thanks.
    LHofsdal

  • Keno is not an Arcade Game. It is a bingo game played at our Bingo Rooms.

    VGN stands for VistaGamingNetwork

    Cheers

  • Well, I have another question....

I have now since 1/1/2013 had over 100,000 spins on your arcade games. That is combined total from BingoSky and Cyberbingo. I have yet to hit the top prize. My biggest win was 250 dollars thus far, has anyone ever hit the top proze, because I have searched both sites and can not see anyone hitting it.

Is it even possible? Because with over 100,000 spins and not getting anything over 250 dollars it seems like the odds of hitting it are pretty close to nil.

    LHofsdal

  • It is very much possible of winning the top prize on our arcade games. As shown on the Pay table of our Arcade games (Tutti Frutti, JewelZ and Tweet Tweet) the top prize is won by getting sixteen of the top symbol in a winning combination, This will multiple your bet by 10,000. Therefore if you are playing at $1 per game you can win $10,000.

Our games are controlled by our Random Number Generator. Please be assured that, that you are playing on a secure website were our game fairness (RNG – random number generator) has to be certified by a third party technical auditing firm. In our case, the TST [www.tstglobal.com] has certified that the random number generator applied to our bingo games, free cash draws and casino games is true to its Mersenne Twister Algorithm and a java secure random RNG.

To put your mind at rest, simply view our Top Winners page on [ http://www.cyberbingo.com/community/top-winners.html] and how many of our players are big winners with us. In the meantime, we would like to wish you all the best of luck when playing on our site

  • Hi There!
I was checking out your winners section, and on the arcade games it goes back to the year 2011, and the biggest winner I saw was for 2 thousand dollars. Not to shabby, but that is the only the big winner I saw. I am also curious about the top prizes, it shows as 16 of the same symbol will win it, but there are 25 spots. Can you get more than 16 and if so what is the payout?

Now, I have been lucky enough to get 16 of the lowest paying symbols, and by now I am pretty sure I have almost 350 thousand spins, what are the odds of hitting the top prize, because in all those spins the most I have had of the top paying symbol is 7 or 8.
    Thanks.

  • Hello There!

I was wondering if you could direct me to the page to find out who won the slot promotion running for the month of January. I have searched the site and can not locate anything on the promotion.

    Thanks.

    Hi LHofsdal,

If you click on this link https://secure.cyberbingo.com/promotions/fortune-slots-tourney.html you will be taken to CyberBingo Fortune Slots Tourney promos page  where you can see the ranking tables and who is the winner of the Slot Tourney we had in January.

  • Hi Lily-

I'm sorry, I worded my post worng. I was looking for the 20th anniversary promotion you have running at Vegas Crest Casino. I wanted to see the winners every month since the promotion has started.

    Thanks.

    LHofsdal

  • Hi LHofsdal,

Your original post was moved to the Vegas Crest Support topic. This is for bingo inquiries.

  • Long time fan of Bingofest.  But honestly, today is the first withdrawal I have put in for.  I only use BTC for deposit or withdrawal.  So how smooth does the process usually go?  Any replies appreciated.

  • I'm unable to sign up at BingoFest... it says USA accepted but when I attempt to register I'm blocked stating its unavailable in my region... 🤔🤔💭🤔

Then, BingoSKY redirects me to a "LBB" page with a review forum and no link to the site...

And finally CyberBingo is saying CLOSED when I try to access it.

Are there any other Bingo sites (that are USA accepted & work) besides BingoBilly?

  • Hey CornBaby, you can check out Amigo Bingo, or Bingo Australia for example, or refer to the list of US bingo rooms on LBB

As for the bingo Vista Gaming sites you mentioned, I'll have to check with them what's happening and get back to you, since I do not see in their Terms and Conditions any mention of restriction for US players
