    I am from Paraguay and when I registered to Prism casino you still accepted customers from my country. I had then deposited 250$ and won some 1500$ I think and before I met the playthrough due to bonus my balance was set to 0 (support told me that Paraguayans aren't allowed any more to play there).

    Brand new member saying they have been losing, it doesn't even look like they have ever attempted a cash out.  Thanking a rep of a rogue casino when they haven't even attempted a cash out seem weird IMO.

I have even eliminated left behind files between reinstallations to give them a clean slate, but it continues to be a buggy app. Ruby and others work fine and my internet connection has been excellent in all instances. I downloaded the software and never received the $100 NDP nor received assistance with the issue, even after receiving a confirmed software download.
