Hello Martyn, my name is Tracey and i have a few questions please, first all of a sudden i cant get clubworld to open and this has happened ever since i hit a random jackpot on loose caboose for 6,000 n change while in a tournament, i love this casino n only put my money in this casino, but i have never had a problem with this casino up until now, n i know it is not my pc for any reason. i have tried several things like uninstall / reinstall and it still hasnt fixed the issue, im no dummy n it seems as if the casino blocked my ip address ever since the random jackpot hit, can you please tell me if the site is running properly and why i cannot open the site and play anymore? hey e1, my username is p0kahontis at club world, lucky red, and aladdins. those bonuses you guys gave us during xmas and new years was great. But it sucks for people like me who have a bday jan 5. i was given 50 dollars at lucky red and nothing no where else because of those bonuses. IT'S NOT FAIR. THOSE BONUSES ARE FOR E1. To add insult to injury, i get 50 at lucky red and in the last six months i maybe deposited 500. For the year of course my deposits are more. After deposits freebies should not be counted against us when it comes to our bday bonuses. In the last six months, I have deposited over 1200 dollars at club world and for the year it is way more. And i can't get a freewbie for my bday. At Aladdins i deposited a minimum of 600 for the last six months and way more for the year and nothing from them. Because of the three holiday bonuses we were given, i got no bday bonus. My cousin rarely deposits and there bday was right before xmas. They got 100 from club world, and 50 from both aladdins and lucky red. What kind of s--t is that. sincerely, unhappy forty year old

martyn - I thought I PM'd you, but I never received a response. I am having trouble making a withdrawal from Club World. I requested a withdrawal about 2 weeks ago and emailed the verification form the same time. A few days later the withdrawal request was declined and the money was back in my balance. I contacted live chat and was told I hadn't sent a copy of my cards. I scanned my cards,emailed them right away, and requested another withdrawal. Another few days go by and the money is back in my balance. I contact live chat again and am told I only sent them a copy of the front of the cards and they also need the back. I asked why noone is communicating this to me and I am told that the cashier should have been sending me emails. I then send a scan of both the front and backs and make a 3rd withdrawal request. Again the money goes back in my balance without anyone telling me why. This time I'm told that they need better quality copies. I scan the cards the best I can (I was able to read the info on the cards) and send them off, I made my 4th withdrawal request. A few days later the money is back in my balance. I am told again they need better quality. Instead of scanning I made copies this time and made sure they could be read. I emailed the copies, made a 5th withdrawal request, and followed up the next day with an email asking if they were received and what the status of my verification was. That was Monday and I haven't heard a thing. Can you find out what is going on and why noone has communicated with me?

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a 950 withdrawal. They keep telling me there is a problem with the ACH processing. They always say on such and such day it will be resolved. Last friday they told me that they would definitely know by today. Today they say they have no idea when it will be resolved. I have tried to be patient but I am beginning to wonder if they are just running me around. Definitely seems that way. Can anyone help?

You are definately not being given the run around. We are doing our best to get the funds to you and all the other players that are outstanding funds from this issue. As it stand now, we are waiting on a test batch of payments to sucessfully complete with the new processor. They originally told us it would all be processed early last week, then that moved to Friday of last week. So if that was the case then we should be expecting to see the first ACH's drop in accounts over the next 24 to 48 hours. Once we know that works successfully we can then clear the backlog caused by this issue. All I can do right now is request that you be a little more patient as I can understand that this is frustrating. Whatever happens we'll find a way to get the funds to you.
