Laugh out Loud Far from it. There is a system to getting the free chips. Trying to get it down. Do know that there's some kind of limit on what one can receive with a month. More than likely a formula based on deposits made and how often played. No different than a walkin casino. Except those casinos don't mail out  bonus' that much. Look like it like baseball. Make the call, you make get some strikes but eventually you'll get a hit.

im having the same issues as 13'-o-clock
i did sent everything that they asked, they keep sending mails ignoring the info ...hammering on a verification form, i copied and filled out as far as possible,
only thing missing is credit cards, but i dont have them, and have never used them.
i deposited through moneybookers, so it's totally out of the question..
i cant seem to find support on this htread?
the last few posts are all unanswered??

Club World--Been playing there for a few years but it seems each time I want to withdraw winnings, there's a problem.  I made a withdrawal on 2/25.  On 3/3 they email me that the company that processes their ACH withdrawals does not do it anymore.  Told me to use an ewallet, which I don't like to do because they charge a fee.  Used an ewallet. Then I emailed Club World asking why there's always some problem for withdrawals, but never when depositing?  The response I get is send them my ewallet account #.  Did this.  Let's see how long it takes.  Very disappointed in Club World.

ok i must for now withdraw my doubts^^
they paid, as long as you do exactly what they ask you to, even if you dont really see the point, you will receive your winnings at club world group, and it's more  or less a first time drag, after that you can withdraw with the same method easy

I'm having the same problem now, no casinos rejected all of my clearly scanned documents before, but clubworld.  I scanned them directly, but they said I copied on a paper, then scanned  and the documents looked fuzzy.  They want me to rescan them, I can do this, but the result probly just gonna be the same, I dont know how better can they look.  I dont know what to do.  I problly have to go thru the scan-rescan 100x like 13oclock experienced, Help please

Have the same problem.I scaned my cc and drivers lic and all the other sites i'm on can read them.But not Aladdins.To fuzzy etc. How the hell can they be fuzzy? must be on thier end.Fax they got ok but everything else is screwed.I'm not going to worry about it anymore.Not worth playing at.

Ive spent lots of money on CW and i have asked Meany times for a comp/free chip and i get the Same BS.I don't Qualify for a Bonus,but i can get 75% on my next Dep! Why would i do that when they have a Promotion going for 100%? I just played like 10 min ago and didn't last worth a crap.I feel I'm wasting my money again on this Site.Way to tight

Hi! I have a problem!

I used your coupon code and played it 40x. I checked with the support if everything was ok and asked if I would be able to cashout. They said it was ok, the only thing I needed to do is to do the minimum deposit.

I did the deposit and they asked me to send the documents. I sent the documents, but there is a problem with my proof of address, because all the utility bills here are on my mother's name and I have closed my bank account at the beginning of the year, because I have spent 5 months in Europe so there was no point in keeping my bank account.

So, every bill I have here is on my mother's name and they require me to send them something on my name with a maximum of 3 months "old". Unfortunatelly, I don't have it and I tried to tell them this, but they don't seem to really care.

Can anyone help me with this? If they really don't accept the documents on my mother's name, is it possible that they at least give me back my deposit?

Thanks Zuga =) I am open to suggestions that can help me solving this issue. Their support is friendly, but it really doesn't seem that they want to try to solve this problem as hard as I do.

I have sent them new "possible" proofs of address, the problem is that they are more than 3 months old.

They made a call to verify some information and I decided to send them the bill of that mobile number. It is also on my mother's name, but I think it makes sense to assume that as proof of address, since they have called to that number, I talked to them and now I am sending the mobile bill (it has the number of the mobile in it).

I am not that confident though =/
