    I understand your frustration , however I don't think you can really blame anyone but yourself for giving the winnings back.

    And trust me I have been there myself. We all need to exercise some degree of self-discipline when it comes to gambling. And at times that can be tricky to do.

    From everything I have witnessed in regards to CWC group, I can say without any shred of doubt they are not in a business of screwing players over ( unlike some other groups tsk tsk ).

  • Hello Stephen!  I am a weekly depositor for over 5 years now.  Had a big string of bad luck here over the last year.  And it seems the harder I play the more I lose.  laugh_out_loud  Not blaming anyone but myself for giving it away,  however I have a question.  This month since the 6th of the month I have deposited well over 1500.00 and really am not able to deposit again for a week or so.  And when i do deposit, i try and not use the deposit bonuses, from personal experience thats usually when i hit and then its a 10% winnings vs all of it.  Anyhow,  saying that can you please check and start beginning on the 6th up to date and determine if there is ANY offer that you can make to get me back in the game. 
    I feel like there HAS to be some type of VIP player bonus (counting all the losses just this month alone) that can be applied. 
    Would make me feel better about losing so much and hopefully get me back iin the game.

Alladins Gold has been one of my favorite places to play for a few years now; But now that you mention it, even though I love the way they pay out so quickly I've had a very difficult time winning anything substantial. I won tons of money at the blacklisted casinos, just had to wait forever to get paid. One extreme to the other. Is there anything in between?

  • Well, I kept at it and even thought the past year has been pretty light on winnings I recently did pretty well at Alladins Gold. Had a couple of nice wins and just as I though, they paid within a few days. This is definitely my favorite place to play now. (Captain Jack can kiss my ass)

    Well I love Club World, and although I continue to lose and play, I need to pull myself away.  I have decided it just has to be done.  Its like I keep chasing that one big win to make myself feel better at Club World from the weekly loss after loss afer loss.  Then from daily VIP bonuses from depositing to now Monday thru Thursdays.  No VIP daily when deposting on fridays thru sunday.  I dont get it.  No support bonus wise on weekends, and thats when i play the most. 
    Its changed over the last year and 1/2.  I love the customer service.  They are top notch and A+ but of course their hands are tied, and are only given so much room to help.

    Hi I was wondering if you could give me an idea of what your average deposits are. I have been playing at all their casinos for years. My average deposits are $25-50. My birthday was last month and I received a $10.00 birthday chip from each casino. In-order to claim the birthday chips I was required to make a deposit first. In the previous years the birthday chips averaged between $25-50 with no required deposit first.

    I have not even met a playthrough in months let alone had any real wins of any kind. I am ready to give up throwing any more money at there casinos. I am wondering if the reason I never win is because of my deposit size.

    I see so many players say they win a lot at there casinos. Do you are other players ever win by only making deposits of $25-50 dollars. I have deposited thousands over the past several years.

  • Reading with interest the CW group comments. I play almost exclusively here and Grand Fortune. I have had a few withdrawals from High Noon and one from Club World. I have never made playthrough at Aladdins, Lucky Red or All Star slots. My deposit amounts vary, 25, 50, 100. It does not seem to matter the amount. Up until a couple of weeks ago I have not managed a withdrawal from HIgh Noon, but have had one, a few hundred dollars.
    The casinos are tight, tight, tight.
    I have definitely noticed the freebies are nonexistent any longer, no perks for being exclusive to this group. I messaged support at Club World a month or so ago as I expected I would be entitled to the Monthly VIP bonus. The response surprised me. I was not entitled to it as I did not lose enough!! Please see pasted below, if you use deposit bonuses, take free spins offered etc, EVEN THOUGH YOU LOSE IT ALL,  you can still be disqualified from any type of VIP free chip. It is the ratio between what you deposit and any freebies or deposit bonuses you take.

    Anyway, I still acknowledge it is our choice to continue to play at these venues. I have tried Microgaming and have NEVER had a payout and have deposited straight up, never used a coupon.

    I continue to play at CW I guess because I know they pay if you are lucky enough to win, but I have reduced my deposit amounts tremendously over the last year and honestly do not see that changing much.

    At least at land casinos the perks and the cash back does not involve playthrough.

    Here's hoping luck changes soon.

  • Whenever  play at these casinos and do not get enough together to ask for a withdrawal, I go to Live Chat and ask for a Courtesy Bonus.  Usually it's 1/2 your deposit and 10X playthrough if you wish to cash out your winnings.

  • I don't know if there is a rep who responds to this thread. I have been a loyal depositor with this group for quite a long time.  One of the main reasons I stay loyal is the option for withdrawals to be paid back to my credit card, it is the only option I can use for payments. I made a withdrawal at High Noon - Gabby1111 for $2,400.Only AFTER the withdrawal was I notified the credit card system was under maintenance. The cashier said Nothing about that. Anyway, made a withdrawal from Club World today and there is a message saying something about maintenance. It is obviously annoying but I want an answer from them when I will get my money, they either don't reply and when they do, they say they don't know. I want my $2,500, on my card, as they promote.        My bank won't take their check

    First of all congratulations on your win.

    Unfortunately the payment back to card method is not available at the moment as there is maintenance, I can not give an ETA on when this will be back however we are hoping soon.

    This does not just affect our casinos, it is industry wide for anyone using the same processors.

    As we do not know when exactly this will be back it would be best to work out an alternative instead of waiting with the money in the casino. Could you please supply me your username via private mail so I can help figure out another way to get you your winnings as soon as possible?

  • I also have a withdrawal at Club World and I was told the ONLY option I could use was via credit card.  Funny, the only option available is one they don't have.  THAT I can't figure out....!!

  • Hi, I changed my address on my account on April 17th. by sending in a bank statement with the new address on it, after being told this was fine as I do not receive utility bills. The account was updated at that time, also a new credit card was verified also, as I was updating my account to make a withdrawal, so it was all accepted and updated, seeing as the withdrawal went through, I was sure that it was fine, and new info added to my account.. Now I see that the new address is not on my account at all, and everyone from chat to 2 different cashiers are telling me to send in a utility bill or" just send in the bank statement again"! I did all my updating already at Manhattan April 16th and 17th. with verification form sent,new credit card photo and new address bank statement, all was fine, and withdrawal allowed, I resent the bank statement to Club World and Manhattan yesterday, now have not heard a word, if they are too busy to respond to me, that is not great customer service, I did all this already, seems not my fault it is not updated properly, I was trying to make a small withdrawal at Club World, when I noticed the old address on my account,and talked to chat, who said the address change was never received,and old address remains on all your casino's I have a record of it in my sent emails.of course due to human gambling nature this unnecessary  delay is making the small withdrawal not much longer possible, I know the time difference, my resent address info was there when cashiers arrived Monday am, thank  you for your time, username Solar7 Manhattan , ClubWorld Solar72

  • Hi, could I ask the withdrawal minimum for a bank wire at Alladdins Gold, I see in the banking it seems to be 300$ minimum, but a chat agent was adamant it is 350$ minimum,I have a transcript of the chat, and was concerned about his general attitude and helpfulness, asking if I sent in a utility bill to change my address yet, this is old news and dealt with already, and not my fault actually, he seemed to be stonewalling me for some reason, not your fault, I am just sharing my experience, and was suprized as chat is usually professional at all Club World in general, thank you.

    Unfortunately we are still unable to give an exact date on when this option will be back. We are chasing up the processors almost daily for updates and as soon as there are any developments we will let you know.

    For the time being we have reduced the minimum withdrawal amount on Courier Check and Bank Transfer from $350 to $200 to help out.

    Anything under this amount and you should contact the cashier team who will help where they can.

  • Can someone explain how taking a free chip when not using a coupon or using a coupon on deposit costs the casino money when there is no winnings made from straight up deposits or using any free coupons?

    I was advised on chat that taking coupons factors into the algorithm for awarding monthly bonuses despite no wins, or wins that are 25% less than the deposits made.

    I am having a really difficult time understanding how coupons that result in $0.00 equals anything other than $0.00.

    Although it has not cost us on your account, it will cost us overall. Whilst you are losing another player is winning. Money in equals money out, regardless of whether it is a deposit or a bonus. This is why we cap bonuses at a certain level regardless of winning or losing.

    I think 75% of deposits back in bonuses is more than fair and very competitive. We cannot as a business continue to give bonus after bonus until a player wins.

    We cannot control winners and losers, however the bonuses are there to try to give unlucky players another chance to recoup losses.

    I sended all the documents they asked 5 times already, and worse, they are not replying it, i had to call their office to talk about it

    and the guy was rude, he said he would not reply the email, or the guy responsible for the email, he didnt listen to what i said

    he just said "send the documents clear" (100x)

    Total garbage, this bonus is useless because we cannot get paid,

    We've heard back from the casino. They explained that  their cashier team decided to void the winnings on the grounds of incomplete contact information. This is a term in all their casinos and is adhered to so all players are treated equally.
