Just about to PM you on this now.

As I have told you we need to be able to tick all the relevant boxes to pass security.

Thus far we are still waiting on a couple of pieces as proof.

If you provide what I PM you then we can sort it out.

Apologies for taking your online security seriously.

You aren't taking me seriously unfortunately.
The cashier has to date:
My lease, with address and name
Government issued ID..both in photo card and paper form, with security numbers (which I'm NOT supposed to divulge but I did to resolve this)
Government issued mail, with my name and address, 2 pieces
Your verification form,with signature
My email, my phone number any number of means of contacting me (btw, even my phone number is listed to verify my name and address)

You want a copy of an old one-time use credit card I first used. I've explained I don't have it since when I used my loaded prepaid card, I didn't try to cash out on that deposit so there was no point in saving it..its not loadable or reusable. You happily accepted it as payment then. If it's no good for withdrdaw, feel free to return that money to me. but no,doesnt work that way Wink I've sent you more mail, ID than any casino. You have ample proof of my identity and place of residence

Honestly Martyn, I promise, I'm trying to work with you on this, and in good faith. I deposited with you guys because of hearing good things about your group. I don't want this turning out badly Smiley

I am so sorry for you 13 I play there almost every other day and I like the other member said always deposit without a freechip then after I lose I ask chat and they have always given me one to play.  I can tell you that my withdrawal that i rec'd today on that very same freechip that you played took about 4 days to get, and they also asked me to send a copy of a greendot card I once used.  I did and they were fine. Please do not feel like they are picking on you they asked me the same thing and I sent my docs in around July.  I can't say enough about this group they are the best of the best.  I hope things work out for you.  Cheesy

I do too. I'd only heard good things about them. And I'm working in good faith with them. It's not encouraging though to have a casino call you fraudulent.. I hadn't said the same about them. I'm loing faith in them by the moment

13 - have you actually asked which piece of information they consider to be "fraudulent"?

You've sent them everything you can think of and its time they stepped up to the plate and told you exactly what they believe "doesn't add up" and give you good reason for saying what they are saying.

Martyn - I understand why you have stepped out of this but there must be something that can be done here?

The issue is that we have not received the documents that we need and there is also a conflict of address in the documents provided. I cant obviously bring up all the detail of this player in a forum so have ask him to contact our supprt team so we can resolve it.

I have PM'd the player and cashier have emailed the player and requested what we need to see, thus far we havent seen it.

I havent had an update today on where we stand on this account but if 13oclock hasnt yet done so I suggest you contact our team and we can iron this out to stop it dragging on. Until all documents are in order we cannot proceed with the cashout to another method (card to ewallet).
Standard procedures for any casino that takes internet security seriously, especially when your personal details and your cash is involved.

No Martyn - not at all trying to stir the pot.  There is no way I would want to do that...you and I have worked together before and I would certainly not do that to you or any other rep on this site.

I was just concerned that 13 said he supplied everything and clearly this is not the case.  I'm not taking sides - I just wanted to get a resolve for a loyal member.

This was no way intended to be against you or your casino and I apologise if I have offended you.  I should thank you for everything you are trying to do for him.

I will remove the sentence as your are right that it is inappropriate.

I'll happily share.
When I first registerd I lived at another address (for a whole 2 months). I told support I moved. I was told to send a pm to support and give my new address. I did. I received and saved the email where support said they forwarded the change the info. Done.
When I applied for withdraw, they asked for a verification form with current information. Done.
When I received the form it asked for CC details. I explained It was a free chip I was withdrawing on, and that my last deposit with them was a prepaid disposable gift card no longer in my possession (i didn't withdraw from the one time card then, so i didn't save it) Rep said just leave it blank, leaving a note on verification explaining explaining this. (emails saved) Verification sent in. Received. Done
Cashier says conflict of address. I explain I already wrote in my change of address. Noone bothered to update it. Gave new adddress again. told conflict of address several times.
Sent government ID, paper and card, photo and address, 2 pieces of governent mail, copy of my lease. ALL with my current address.
Cashier wants proof of old address. I explain, my old address was for 2 months. I don't have any mail or ID from there. I was there until I found where I live now and got all my ID saying I live here and why I wanted my acct updated. I sent many copies of proof where I reside..by fax, by email, by phone (my phone is even isted under my name with my address)
V|Cashier wants proof of 2 things which dont exist: A credit card I'm not withddrawing from. Noone complained when i deposited with it back when, I didnt withdraw from it when I first deposited, and I don't have it any more. I ue new cards every time (I mentioned I would save any future cards and would use my moneybookers)
And proof of an address I haven't lived at for 6 months and only stayed at for 2 months.
I have sent so many pieces of proof of who I am and where I reside now.

I appreciate you're looking into this blue. And no, noone in the forum has all the details (I haven't poted all the emails and chat session...there's too many, and as I've told Matyn, I'm trying to work WITH, not againt the casino in this). I understand the casino's concerns. I do. But I've frank and upfront. And while I undertand their concerns in this, I've alos done everyhting in my power along the way, sending everything as I'm able.
No I can't prove where I lived for 2 months. No, I don't possess and old CC.
Yes, I'm happy to bend over backwards with more ID ent in that I would end ANYone to help (and have) And through every step, have sent what they have asked and more, as able.
I hope thi resolve

And I didn't mislead you blue (from you:I was just concerned that 13 said he supplied everything and clearly this is not the case.  I'm not taking sides - I just wanted to get a resolve for a loyal member.)
At each step, I sent everyhting they asked for. They just keep asking for more.
They asked for pm noting new address...done
Asked for signed verification...done
Asked for ID govt...done
Asked for more proof of address...done

I can't supply the 2 other things they now want. And no other casino has asked me for such things. They know I use a disposable CC..they verify it, It goes through. If I update an acct, I log in, tell them. If they want new address proof, I send it. As with here, told support I moved. Saved mail aying update received. Sent mail with proof of new address. I HAVE to be me. They have my photo, email, act number, phone number, they can email me or phone me any time. My ID has my pic and govt numbers
sigh...
