    Please also bear in mind that since the loss of eWallets such as QuickTender/UseMyWallet the withdrawal process is longer now. I assume you are receiving your cashouts by ACH which usually take up to 10 working days from the date your cashout was requested with our processors. That is typically within 24 hours of your cashout request being approved.

  • No this does not mean you are not going to receive your money.

    I have since found out, following a meeting today that some ACH's have been delayed by the processors. We are aware today, of some ACH's that were sent around the same time as yours that arrived today.

    Due to this, and the inconvenience that this method is causing we have a new ACH processor on board which has already proved itself to deliver the funds within 5 working days. This new processor will be in full effect by next week so future cashouts will be a lot quicker.

    As I said, this is new information to me but we have taken measures to make this better for you and other players going forward.

    Pelase be patient, it will arrive!

  • I know some of you was upset because you did not get your winning on time.  Sorry, this happened to you.  I have nothing to do in this, I do not work for the casino, but I have done many wire transfers or ACH withdrawals in the past, I know how you guys feel.  You will get your winning as on schedule if everything goes smoothly, if not it will take longer time for you receive your winning.  For example, the delay of processor, too many withdrawals at a time, the processor need time to process them, internatinonal banks don't work on weekend,......Please bear in mind that the 10 business or working days are just the estimated your winning arriving time, it might come a little bit early or 1-2 days after.  When your withdrawal get approved, it is when the casino will send out your winning, just be patient.  If you don't have the patience to wait, then do not choose these two withdrawl methods.  They have another method, check courier which is also available for US players.  I chose this withdrawal method at High Noon couple days ago, and I just received my check today at my door and the whole process took only 3 days.
    joy34, I understand you are upset, but you will be even more disappointed with other casinos if you are not satisfied with clubworld payout.  We all know that they pay out super fast, but due to recently quicktender and other wallets no longer available, they have to find other processors to meet the demand, maybe it takes longer to receive the money at the moment, but you know that at least they are trying to provide us better service.

  • New information has come to light since and it seems the processor that we are using is processing maybe twice a month so we have found a new one that will be much improved from this point forward. I know this doesnt help those who have funds due, but please be patient and you will soon receive the funds.

  • I don't think you will be able to as it's aimed only at the SA market, the only currancy offered is Rand so you would probably lose out on the conversion to.

    You are best sticking to our USD casinos Club World, Lucky Red, Aladdins Gold, High Noon, Manhattan Slots and All Star Slots.

  • I think they should let you know that and if CWC knows they are being processed once or twice a month why at least don't they let you know when to expect it - I have been waiting since 6/7 when my withdrawal was aproved - thats 10 working days and 12 banking days,

    I have read posts and find that they were aware of the problem when they told me it would be 5 days - then 10 days - and now they don't know - they will "investigate" and let me know when they find something out - 2 weeks of emails and no definative answer - I am sure if it were reversed they would not let me play and continue to play while I said not to worry you will get your money I just don't know when.

    I see you posted this on the 17th in 2 hours that will be 5 days ago - if there is any "new information" they are not sharing it with those of us checking our accounts 3 times a day.

  • it is a tricky situation this one as it is totally out of our hands. We have been informed by players that their funds have started to drop into their accounts now so others should see this too.

    You can see the players complaints, our statements and then later in the thread the players updating to say they have received the funds.

    I have no new information on this, it is unfortunately a case of wait and see on what date the funds will drop in.

    We have taken measures to combat this for future withdrawals however, and have in place now a new payment processor for ACH which has been tested and paid in 3 working days.

    Again, all I can say is sorry and please hang tight as these funds will come in. going forward though, it will be business as usual.

  • I also have been waiting since may 31st for my cashout at club world, only 19 working days. UNACCEPTABLE..... ask about it all they say is we are aware and working on it. Why can't they be told by the processor if it has been sent or not? seems pretty simple to me!!! This has become a nightmare.  They were well aware of the situation as in one conersation I had with support e mailed the cashier to e mail me to tell me quote
    "She should be okay just receiving an email from cashier that she should be receiving her cashout any day now."  that was on june 14th
    I was not amused with this at all!!

  • Hi Eric, can you PM me your username please so that I can check this out. Usually MLW is a slow withdrawal process and you are normally made aware of this when cashing out.

    I'll ask cashier to look into it but MLW do state that it's a 30 day turnaround, which has obviously overran from what you are saying.

    I am looking for some assistance with my withdraw request at High Noon.  I was assured on two occasions that my request would be processed.  The original request was on July 24th.  That was declined due to some faxback issues I originally submitted to All Star but that has been taken care of. 

    The second time I was told it was a minor oversight on the cashier and they apologized and said it would be processed the next day.  Since then, I have cancelled my withdraw request to add or subtract from my original request but on every occasion before I performed a change, I contacted support to make sure it would not change anything.  I hadn't touched my account since Friday and I wanted to add some additional winnings to my account so before I did it, I asked support and again they assured me it's safe for me to cancel and resubmit .  I was assured by support that doing so will not affect the process at all.  Support promised me on Saturday the withdraw would be processed Monday morning and added all players are allowed to make changes to withdraw requests without affecting the original request date.  They told me I could cancel and request as many times as I want and it should not affect the processing time as long as it wasn't being done the same time the cashier is starting her process.  I'm starting to think changing the request does affect the process time. 

    I would like to add that support has been very nice to me over the last few days concerning my requests but today is the first time I was unable to get in touch with a support person.  Can you help to push this along?  Since it didn't go through today, I made another change.  I don't think I'll be making anymore deposits to the CWC casinos untill my withdraw is processed.  I do almost all of my playing with your casinos so I would be devastated if I am proven wrong about the good reputation CWC has. 

    I would also like to add that I think it's best for me not to touch a request at all once I make it.  Regardless, can you clarify how it affects the request?  The HN website does state it will not affect the process time.

  • u need to stick with it m8 and stop canceling withdraws, i know it is hard to stop yourself from reversing a withdraw but, be strong, why did u make the withdraw request in the first place if you knew you would cancel them hehe,

  • I know LuckyRJ, I making changes to add winnings.  Eh....lesson learned for me, I need to leave it alone.  I don't blame HN completely, I'm just annoyed that support tells me it's ok but it seems like it does affect the process time.  I'll take alot of the blame since I should know better then to cancel and resubmit requests but I also expect what I'm told by support to be correct.  Today was the first time I couldn't get in touch with support.  I've been able to every time in the past regardless of the time of day.  Hopefully, this is just stupidity on my part.

    It seems, without knowing the specifics here that the number of reversals that were made affected the day in which the withdrawal was processed, the processing time will be the same still, just the start day would change.

    I saw 9 cancelled withdrawals over 3 or 4 days, this will delay when a payment is processed, but not the time it takes for the withdrawal will be processed.

    I see it's pending now so you should be seeing it pretty soon, just be patient.

  • Hi dixiesace, I am sorry that you are having a bad time of it we know MyPayLinQ can take an age to withdraw through, however they are great means for depositing for US players.

    Usually our support staff will recommend another method to get your funds out as we are aware that the delay can be big from withdrawing to receiving your cash.

    The only thing that I can suggest you do is to contact MPL and request to send the funds back. I am unsure if this is possible but it would be worth a try. As it's out of our hands now, we have no influence over this unfortunately.

    If you are successful, contact our CS team and we can sort out a way for you to receive your funds quicker.

  • Hi Martyn, thank you for your quick response and yes I have contacted MypaylinQ and they were professional, and told me I deposit  funds back into Manhattan, so I have done that, it was $330, the max I can deposit is $250 (using my paylinq) and can only deposit 1 time a day (using mypaylinq), so I will have to wait til morning to do another deposit to get all my funds out, then I have made a $25 deposit of my own money to Manhattan, SO...once I get all my money out of mypaylinQ back to Manhattan, I will then request an ACH because I will have the required $350 request to to do that...whew...what a lot of hoops to jump.....I am very greatful, it was on a freechip, BUT, regardless freechip or my own money...just beware folks, to please read full terms before you sign up or use services such as these, miaybe save one of ya'll from a headache..... wink

    Hello - I logged into Manhattan Slots this evening to check my pending withdrawel to see that it has once again been denied. I had not received any notificiation/emails from Manhattan as to why it was declined, so I called Support, I was told it was declined because I had requested withdrawel to MyPaylinQ (only reason signed up to use them was because my winnings didn't meet the $350 requirements for ach) He said Manhattan payed for those service charges, and then I reversed it and requested thru an ACH and that it wasn't "fair" for Manhattan to pay for those ach fees as well. I told support staff I have NO problem paying the ach fees. MypaylinQ was only going to let me withdrawel 60 of my winnings and I don't agree with that, I feel for as long as this process has taken, for ALL the documentation and steps I have taken to get this approved, I should be able to get My winnings at one time. I put the money back to Manhattan and then deposit $25 of my own money to make the min $350 then request the ach withdrawel, that is what i did.....Please let me know how much the ach fees will be, and I will pay them...and YEP...once again I will have to make a deposit just to cover those fees, because if its taken out of my winnings, then ONCE again, I will fall below the min. ach withdrawel requirements.

    On the comment about charging us for accepting your credit card, this is unrelated, afterall we pay fee's for you using that credit card, we just dont cover the fee's involved in the cashout process.

    Wherever you use your credit card, that vendor is paying a fee on the transaction.

    Once I get your usernames i will follow this up and see what can be done.

    I made several deposits at Club World in a 2 week period, trying to find a new casino to be loyal since the English Harbour group closed.

    I asked if Club World ever offered a free chip to depositors and not only was I told NO but "It's your choice to play at our casino" which translates too... Take your business elsewhere, which I have.

  • I recently asked the cashier at high noon if I qualified for any free chips at any of the casinos since I have accounts with just about all of them. Not sure how they figure things out but I got a free $20 chip at one of them and a few days prior got an email informing me of a free chip at another that was equal to the last deposit I made there.

    sorry to hear this, and i know how you feel, im like this on jackpot party and go wild, when i deposit and lose instantly, jackpot party is very stingy to say the least when it comes to bonuses and go wild is too, there deposit bonuses i find a joke lol, for example, deposit £20 and get 10% thats £2 and 10 or 15 free spins, so the only reason they have it soo low is so that if u r lucky u have to wager then, where as if u didnt take the tiny bonus u wouldnt need to wager, so i dont take the tiny bonuses at go wild for this reason, because they do it so they get your winnings from you tongue

    IMHO, CWC group has the tighest slots of all RTG. They were like this back in 2005 under different ownership as well. I may deposit with them once a season. Its the same with this group. IMHO Grande Vegas is the fairest. But to each is own

    on the left of this page is says: casino cashback offers. when you click tab, it shows different casinos with percent of cashback and how often. on this page both aladdins gold and lucky red casino are listed for 25% cashback monthly.  at lucky red, one rep said yes this bonus can be claimed at the end of the month and another rep said no.  WHICH ONE IS IT? If they are not  claimable, why are they listed on this page. this is not inreference to the exclusive $75 cashback.  other cashback other. my useranme for both is p0kahontis. please help.  now today i am being told a day before the week ends, i can't claim monthly cashback that is advertised on this web site. 

    I deposited 68.75, thinking i could claim 25% at aladdins gold. my username there is p0kahontis.

    i deposited 78 at lucky red thinking i could claim 25% there. same username. 

    Today i am being told it is being changed from monthly to weekly cashback starting today.  if that is the case, then, last week ended last night. so can i claim cash back for aladins gold casino for last week which i deposited $22.75.  AND i deposited $15 at lucky red.

  • HI Michelle, I understand what you are saying here but as I understand it the cashback offers are run on selected periods of the month and is either detailed on the promotions page of the specific casino or emailed to players, or both.

    What you should always do is question the cashback offers you see online with the casino itself. Offers are run from time to time but they generally have an expiry date on them and sometimes the sites are not updated. As you may well know, we do not run this site nor do we edit it, so we cannot be responsible for what is said in terms of the cashback offers.

    I will need to look into who told you that the cashback offers were available so that I can check the chat transcripts and investigate further. Obviously you seem to have been told two different stories. However, I believe promotions have already been in touch with you via email in answer to your questions.

    Aladdin's has a cashback offer running now 29th September to the 2nd of October.

    Lucky Red has just finished, it ran between September 20th to the 22nd.

    This was there response.  Now you and i both know that if this was the weeklly one that they speak of, the dates are always lissted AND those cashback for 25% have been on this site for almost two months.  Below is their response:

    We have contacted LatestCasinoBonuses and they will be taking the incorrect information off their website and replace it with the correct information as they mis understood the promotion format. The promotions they were advertising were the standard Cash Back promotions we run between certain dates i.e claim 20% on Net Losses between the 20th and 22nd Spetember.

    My final word.  It's like if you go in a store and they put the wrong price on an item, they have to honor the wrong price and sell item to you.

    not only is latest casino bonuses wrong, but so is your own rep.  if you read below the rep said yes.  And because the rep said yes about the monthly cashback it should be honored.  It's not like the website itself made a mistake.  Todays customers service is:  forget what other rep said, do what i am saying.  There is no honor or followthru in what a companies customer service rep tells a client. FINALLY, that cash back has been up for two months and we both know that one thing you guys do is specifiy the date guidelines for the other type of cashbacks.

    I'm sorry to say it's nothing like this. It's more like you go into one store and they tell you that that other store is selling that item at $XXX. So you go to that other store to buy that item at $XXX, but it turns out to be $XXXX.

    Who is in the wrong?

    You may have been misinformed, however that is a training issue that will be addressed. I have provided you with the dates on both the cash backs for September for said casinos and the future cashbacks for October.
