  • First of all sorry for my english because is pretty bad.

    Few days ago I registered account in City Club Casino through LCB link, maked 100$ deposit and get 400% bonus. I met playthrough and after that maked 865$ withdrawal. I sent a copy of my photo id which was approved. Today after 4 days I get this email:

    Is this a normal and fair practice? I'm new in online casinos but never had that kind of problem. The won't accept a scan or fax of this notarized copy. What's going on here?

  • My experiences with City Club Casino and theire Sister Casino Crown Europe was really horrible. I got everyday x spam mails from both Casinos. more than 200 a month!!!
    Once i got a mail from them where they did promise i will get a freebonus if i contact livechat.
    After i went to livechat and ask for the freebie, they told me i will only get a 100% bonus and they told my too bonushunter/abuser!!!
    In my opinion they dont do what they promise in theire emails!!!
    The second thing i don't like there are the Bonus Terms. You have to wager 40 times the bonus and deposit and you can only withdraw 20 - 30 times your deposit.
    I don't deposit on such bonuses, how big they are isn't interesting then for me.
    And the third thing i don't like is, i tried several times to close my account at this casino via email. they did ingore my emails constantly. If you try that you don't get any emails from them, it won't work too. After a long time that they did ignore my mails, i did call them and it was expensive to do that.
    Then it was able to close my account, puh!!!
    Please be soooo careful to play at both of this Casinos!!!
    I will never create an account there again, one of my worst casino experience!

    But they are really generous with freebies. On freebies, no matter how high you are able to withdraw there maximum 100 usd/euro.

  • There is no reason why you need a notarized copy of anything. If they took your money without the notarized document, then they can pay you without it. I think this is the only casino that asks for this. I have yet to be asked for a notarized anything and I am a member at alot and I mean ALOT of casinos.

    Apparently I did get an reply, but it seems it went to my junk mail and got deleted.

    Im currently in communication with casino. There seems to be more to this issue then it meets the eye. But still, asking for notarized documents is unacceptable.

    If its the 2nd then Im afraid you got no case, as pretty much every casino out there has max cash out rules on a bonus.

    On top of this if you don't like such terms, then why play with bonuses? You can always decide not to take the bonus, hence you won't be limited when it comes to withdrawing your winnings.

    And lastly, please refrain yourself from attacking LCB.

  • Just to let you know that my withdrawals were approved yesterday at city club and it is already in my bank account today.  Although the withdrawals only totalled 2184, it was better than a kick in the teeth so im happy. .

  • I've played at lots of Playtechs and I've never seen any Playtech which was capping withdrawals from deposit bonuses

    I think it would be fair enough if you will mention at City Club casinos review the fact that your "exclusive" 400% match has x10 deposit max cashout and all their other deposit bonuses has x20 deposit maxcashout
