Hi Hannah, I have a question. When are you going to sort out your bonus rewards for playing. Example - it says that you can earn money for playing certain games. Well I've played and played and it always says 0% and yet the game I play is on the list. I was credited 25 euros for September (because I asked for it to be checked) and then it was taken back straight away. I still didn't understand the reasoning for that. My biggest concern is that players are not getting the rewards they deserve because your system doesn't work properly. Is it likely to ever be fixed? blue

Hi blue, Good to hear from you but I'm sorry it's on negative terms - on the matter of our promotions we do take this seriously and of course want to give our players what has been promised. In this case I can't really advise what has happened until I take a look at your account - please could you pm me your account details so that I can get to the bottom of this? I don't think this is a regular occurrence at CasinoJoy as we do not have many problems with our bonus system at all, so I hope you will view this as a one off. Hi blue, With regards to the promotions system, we very rarely have issues and when we do we do our upmost to sort these out quickly and efficiently, meaning that even on the odd occasion that there has been an error the player has still been credited bonuses that they have completed wagering for, these have been manual credits. Our monthly bonus system is actual changing slightly from November as will be having a first come first served '€10,000 Bonus Sale' (this will be on the website on Friday)- To claim a bonus players will deposit and enter a bonus code as usual, bonus money will be credited immediately and then players will wager towards a target. We don't expect any issues to come out of this promotion. I hope this reassures you a bit and that you will join us at CasinoJoy again  If I can be on any further help please let me know.
