    I am a faithful player in Ventura casino and I have so far made more than 20 depots, I like this casino but I have two questions:
    1 - why we always have to play the deposit and the bonus even if the bonus is 10% 50 times, for example if i make a deposit of 100 euros it has to play 110 euros 50 times, while at other casinos it is necessary Play only the bonus.

The wagering for the Bonus Path bonuses is 20 x bonus + deposit. So if you claim your 100% bonus that we grant every 5th, 10th, 15th etc. deposit as a loyalty bonus, the wagering is 40x bonus.

  • I opened a casino account Casinoventura a year ago, made a lot of deposits and withdraws money, On last Monday ( 19.06.1988) I made a 88e deposit and received a 100% bonus, I made the required bet and made a withdrawal of 2000e ,
    Today I received a return only my last deposit. (88e)


    I always read the exact terms and is sure I no broke the rules of the casino, casino did not give any reason and evidence that it broke some rules, I do not understand the casino's decision and why they do not give a reason why they steal my money.

  • We've chatted with them about your case and they said you were informed several times that you couldn't claim those bonuses in a row since you were claiming only those ones. They consider it as a bonus abuse. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to help you since they don't want to change their mind. We've also told them to make bonus details clear to avoid confusion.

    I have been playing in casino Ventura for a while and had a great time here. What I am writing about happened a few months ago. I could not deal with this before, since I had to travel for work. So, as i wrote I played in the casino for a long time, i had won some money, not much though. Finally, I won a decent amount of money 2 500 EUR. The casino informed me that my win was confiscated because of the breach of terms. They stated that it is not allowed to claim multiple 100% deposit bonuses.  I have made plenty of deposits in your casino. It could be the case that I made two 100% deposit bonuses in a row but not more, I am sure. I don't think this falls under provision of multiple bonuses. I wrote this to the casino a few days ago and got no response...

    It is 100% sure you will not regain the money, this casino does not like to pay, they only count on deposits from you, the usual scam, is not worth a license, I advise you to make them anti-advertising everywhere possible, as I do, such a casino scam should be avoided at all costs.

If you are not satisfied with the casino's decision you can file a complaint with their regulatory body Curacao.     Please write a reply, will you return a deposit to all players from Poland who made a deposit to Skrill in July? Is the company's policy unfair that it returns a deposit only if the player wins? If the lost deposit does not bother you to accept it?

  • I was paying at this casino named Casino Ventura and my casino username is Tankpak88.
    I deposited 600 euros with cash match bonus of 300 euros.
    I played a game called wasabisan bet size 5.
    I completed the bonus requirement and my total winnings is 1659.50 euros.
    I made a payout of 100 euros but was declined by cashier.
    I contacted suport and they said to me: "claiming multiple deposit bonuses without any other deposit in between." which is not true!
    I only claimed the 300 cash match bonus and no other bonus when I played.
