Sounds like the promo was added for a deposit of $21 instead of $25.  This is something you should bring up with support, especially if you are sure your deposit was $25, because mistakes like this shouldn't happen.  As for losing $125 in 7 minutes, that just how luck is, something you can win but sometimes you have to expect to lose.  I know that is sucks to have short playtime, it happens to me all the time.  But definitly bring up with live support about your deposit promo, see if they can credit you with the rest.  Good luck!

Already did and they told me the max bonus I could get with a 25 deposit is 80 dollars which is NOT what they told me when they offered 400% bonus...

I have been playing at titan for a long time now and have been a regular depositor and have cashed out a few times with no problem. I recently made a withdrawal request on the 20th of april and again on the 23rd of april totaling 500.00. I still have not recieved the money. I have contacted finance and my vip manager several times over this period and keep getting told the money will be paid. In the past it has only taken 5 days. I have always enjoyed playing at titan but this has caused me to lose interest in playing here anymore. Any suggestions?   Thanks

thanks mm for the support i find rtgs tight anyway i deposited a lot at them at first now i rarely do except recently i deposited over 300 at winpalace nothing nothing and more nothing :(cant win them all
