Thanks for listening, I'm not usually a complainer but I feel you would like to know if someone had a good reason for wanting to uninstall your casino and never come back. I'll be short and as kind as possible.

I wanted to play video poker and asked for a good bonus from your chat staff, which is always polite. I was told there was one for 25X (deposit + bonus), ok that's not bad but after many questions it was revealed that each dollar would only count for .25. I specifically asked for a video poker bonus and was told multiple times just 25X, Don't you think this is misleading when in fact the actual play-through (remember I asked for a VP bonus) would be 100X?

Please just be honest, people aren't that stupid. Very misleading, I'm here and spending the extra time to do this so we can all benefit from better and more honest business practices. Many people hesitate to gamble online for this very reason......come on tell the truth, thanks for listening. best wishes
