Good news, I wrote and Debbie sent an email back, that said I qualified for a halloween treat, I checked and had $7 in there. I played Triple Twister and right away hit a bonus for almost $200, I managed playthru and cashed out $150. Thanks CasinoTitan. |

Hello, First I would like to say I have heard nothing but great things about your casino and that is why I decided to deposit with yall for the first time today. I deposited 25 dollars with a whopping 400% bonus and 25x play through which was discussed before I deposited. I thought WOW this is going to last me a while and I am going to have a blast playing. First, I did not received the full 400%, I only received $105 to play with. I did not even realize it until after the fact that I had lost everything in a matter of MINUTES! I have heard yall have the loosest slots on the net from friends but boy was I wrong. With $105 betting no more than 1.25 each spin I lost in a matter of MINUTES! (7MIN) And that is with SEVERAL bonus rounds. I am very very very disappointed in not only the fact that I did not receive my full bonus but how quickly I lost at this casino. I then contacted customer service and was awarded a WHOPPING 20% back on my deposit with a 50x playthrough!!!! What a joke that was, I almost felt like that was a slap in the face seeing how this was my first deposit with yall. Unless you are able to do something without some outrageous playthrough I will never deposit here again and will spread the word on the casino forums on how disappointed my experience at casino titan has been. I really hope you are able to work something out because I have heard nothing but positives about this casino. Please respond asap as I work in sales and customer service and I expect very quick responses. Also, I was not planning on cashing out or winning big but enjoying atleast 30 minutes to an hour of play time at the casino. I know that you run a business but my gosh when I lost this quick at the casino I am just speechless. |
