  • Here is a few terms that make you wonder more:

    "Withdrawal requests will require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours and a maximum of twelve (12) business days after approval to be finalized."
    12 business days? 

    "Casino 1920 shall automatically decline any and all withdrawal requests from member accounts designated as “High Risk” by our security department. "
    So if you win and we dont want to pay you, we will make you high risk .....

    Yes that is rather vague and poorly written term. And I am keen to hear an explanation and a reason for such a rule.

    Does it mean that it can take longer than 12 biz days since there is an approval period as well?

    As they state : "  Vegas Nights Casino shall review all withdrawal requests within seventy-two (72) hours Monday through Friday. Requests made after 12PM EST on Friday shall be reviewed the following Sunday."

    Also under your FAQ page there is another withdrawal term concerning the wire transfer which is contradictory to the up to 12 biz days rule:

    " Bank transfer – time frame for delivery is 10-14 working days."

    Also what would be the withdrawal time frame for the worst case scenario?

  • You should also tell people that your ND bonus can't be cashed out. But its play money only. Which shouldn't be given as play money. Because one can simply logon in FUN mode to test the games...

  • Hi LCB'ers, sorry for the hold up.

    First of all, for all LCB'ers we got a free and cashable  $35 sign up bonus ( max cas out is $150), you guys can find it in the other topic.

    And the main thing, our free non cashable bonuses are not fun money, sure you cannot cash them out but you still can gain from. You do generate comp points, those can be later exchanged to a cashable bonus with a low wager.

    Oh and about the withdrawal time;

    Most of our withdrawals are processed within 24h-48h. Sometimes delays happen but not often and we are always trying to speed up this process (if we can).

    The 12 business days in the T&C are only to represent the maximum time to finish the whole process, but it doesnt happen often.

" If someone deposited and won. You should pay their withdrawal and close their account if they are deemed High Risk. Don't accept a bet and then decide to enforced this term when you see fit.

  • It is definitely the right step... however I would still love to see those withdrawal times reduced to be more player friendly.

    E-wallets should be made within 24 hours. And bank wires 3-5 biz days which is a standard for all the reputable brands.

    THIS CASNIO IS A VERY NICE PLACE TO GAMBLE FOR REAL MONEY OR JUST FOR FUN

BUT I DIDNT GET PAID FOR EITHER OF THEM THEN I HIT 3 BARS AGAIN AND STILL DIDNT GET PAID FOR THEM.  SO I ASKED HER WHY THEY WERENT PAYING OFF..  HER COMENT TOME WAS HAVE FUN LOSING UR MONEY.  AND WHEN I ASKED AGAIN SHE ACTED LIKE SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.  I MEAN THE WINNIGS WERENT BUT MAYBE 1.50 ALTOGETHER.  BUT THE POINT WAS I WAS HITING THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE PAID SOMETHING. I CHECKED THE PAYTABLE.  SO I KNEW THEY WERE SUPOOSED TO.  SHE ALSO MADE COMENT THAT IM JUST UPSET CAUSE IM LOSING ALL MY BONUS.  AND WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN AGAIN SHE SAID I COULDNT GET A WITHDRAW UNTILL I MADE A DEPOST,  I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE ALL OF THAT CAME FROM BUT I NEVER ASKED HER THAT. I KNEW I HAD TO MAKE A DEPOIST FRIST BEFORE ASKING FOR A WITHDRAW. 

    IVE ALSO SENT A COMPLAINT TO THE BOSS ( I GUESS) BUT HAVEN T HEARD BACK HAS OF YET.  NO RESPONSE YET.  BUT I JUST FEEL IF U HIT SOMETHING BIG OR SMALL U SHOULD GET IT.  I REALLY DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE MONEY HAS I DID HER BEING VERY RUDE. IT WAS LIKE A BIG BLOW THE MY HEARD. HER NAME IS DEBBY FROM VEGAS NIGHTS CASNIO.  I LIKED THE CASNIO UNTILL SHE OPENED HER MOUTH AND ALL THAT CAME OUT WAS MEAN THINGS. I HADNT SAID OR DONE ANYTHING  TO HER  THAT WOULD CAUSE HER TO DO THAT. 

    ANYWAY I THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE THAT CAUSE I JUST FELT SHE HAD NO RIGHT TO COME AT ME LIKE THAT. 


    BUT STAY AT THIS CASNIO THE SUPORT PEOPLE ARE AWSOME HERE AND THEY WILL GO OUT OF THIER WAY TO HELP U WITH WHAT EVER U NEED.
