  • Hello . I have a complaint about the casino Betchan exclamation! 06.04.2016 I have got a bonus https://lcb.org/shop/ store. Waited 4 days. After that I said manager blue, that I have no right to it, as I have multiple accounts. In support of Betchan they told me that they do not relate to the LCB website and do not affect the enrollment of this bonus, and my account is okay. I turned again to the blue asking for help in this matter. He said Betchan manager that nothing can be done in the bonus accrual refused because (the creation of multiple accounts). The next day I called the casino Betchan with a question (Why do you block my chat and why do you say bad things about me?), To which they responded (we will credit you $ 5 bonus, write your mail.). They give me (personal bonus of $ 5), it is called. With X50 Wager .Givei its own initiative. I Bonus LCB not receiving Today I asked the Betchan chat. I was told that (do you get nothing! We were blocked you a bonus and will block), then they told me blocked chat.

  • This is an ongoing matter which I am already dealing with.  I can't message the rep at the weekend because they are not around.

    The bonus was denied as you have rightly said because of "multiple accounts" at  Betchan.  You denied this and I contacted the rep for you and explained everything that you said about who had logged in to where etc etc.  They then said they would give you 5 only which they did.  You then started demanding $25 for an ewallet and I explained how you get that.  You then said you wanted $25 to your Betchan account.  I told you that would not happen either and that the best you can get is the balance of the chip you purchased.  You then agreed this with me and you would only seek $5/Euros whatever currency ie. the balance.  I'm unclear why you have complained now when I'm in the middle of trying to resolve this for you.

    I'll be in touch with the rep first thing tomorrow about your complaint where I will try and resolve this for you.

    I'm sure Blueday is on top of your claim. Send her a PM here just to check.

    To find the items you have previously purchased go to your dashboard, you will see a section that shows your saved favourites, casino, jackpots etc. There is a Tab called 'My Shop' which when clicked shows you all the items you purchased and the date purchased - see image attached.

     

  • BETCHAN they are cheaters and nothing more than that! They refuse to pay my win. They called me when i was working and couldnt talk because of my manager. Later i sent them email and ask to call me after my job. They didnt want to. I tried to reach them via live help but they hang up.     i joined your casino not too long ago and was iffy about making a deposit there, but so glad i did...cause now i get to take advantage of the item you guys have at the lcb shop. its my favorite item! actually, it's the reason why i decided to make deposits there..

      i havent gotten any bonuses yet except for 10 freespin, (its because i dont deposit the min required amount for the bonuses)

    but with that 10 freespins i actually won 30 mbtc off it, so thanks... but i wanted to know.. is it just my computer, like maybe its too slow or something, but i noticed that the slots on your site have this jumping glitch halfway though the spin. its not a pause or anything, its more like a tiny jump.hopefully someone can understand what i mean.. anyways, is there anything i can do to my computer so that my spins will run smoother? any suggestion is good.

  • I had previously played at Betchan casino & had a great experience. When asked by a friend which casino they should play at, I suggested that they play at Betchan. They were able to find a no deposit bonus from a site they are subscribed to, and did suprisingly well there. They made the playthrough from their free spins and before even depositing they were listed in 3rd place for a slot tournament that Betchan was putting on that week. They then made a bitcoin deposit and didn't fair well but still placed in the tournament (22nd place). This was a win of € 60.00. Not bad in my opinion. After receiving the email congratulating them on their win, they tried signing into their account to play... it was disabled. They had many conversations with chat and sent in all required doncuments asked of them proving that they were not from the US and their account is still disabled and winnings have still not been paid out! This is very disappointing considering that I had recommended this casino and it has the LCB seal of approval. My friend travels frequently for work but it says no where in the casino terms and conditions that you cannot login or play from where you are located. If you have given your ID and proved where you are from than this should not be an issue whatsoever and if it is, then it should be stated somewhere in the terms and conditions. I have previously referred many people to this site but now I am recommending that NO ONE play at this site. If they are going to try to hold winnings that were rightfully won by players for no reason then they should not have players.

  • The issue on my friend's account was resolved and I take back my previous comment. I don't know why it took so long or why Betchan changed their attitude entirely when LCB looked into the issue but everything worked out in the end. Thank you LCB casino for getting involved to solve this issue and thank you Betchan for resolving the issue!! smiley

  • I have been playing at betchan without issue for the last 3 months or so, but yesterday morning I made a deposit and took a bonus. I made play through and cashed out .16 btc. Then I waited over two hours before contacting live support and was told there was in issue with btc withdrawals just wait. I waited and waited its been over 29 hours and per live support all btc cashouts are still on hold. I can not talk to a manager and there is no casino rep. I have the chat logs should you want to see them. Can you please help me get my money?

  • When and where was it when you made an account with them?

    Playing from a restricted location means that you still broke their T&Cs and that you can probably kiss goodbye your winnings.  But this can be looked into as far as getting your deposit back, given everything else is in good standing.
