    I signed up with betcave couple weeks ago.  I took 100 free & 30 minute promo, didn't win and I planed to deposit with betcave later on, but a day later, my account was flagged across rival casinos, I now have "no promotions available" at betcave.  Several rival casinos lifted the ban, and gave me the promotions back because I was a loyal depositor there.  I'm just wondering if you can grant me back the promotions at betcave.  Thanks

    First, welcome to LCB, its great having a rep here, it always raises the level of trust we have in a casino.

    I have a question, as I'm a bit worried to see that players from my country (The Netherlands) are no longer allowed to sign up at the new Rival casinos, also not at Betcave.
    I'm also dissapointed ofcourse.. sad

    Is this new Rival policy, and will we soon get banned from all Rivals, also the ones where we already have an account?

    That would be a REAL bummer, cuz I love the games!!

  • I will have to check into this for you. Currently we are blocking players from your region. I think it might be a legal decision but I will get confirmation. If I can get our lawyers to sign off on it I can open your country up to Betcave.

  • I remembered betcave had 100 free & 30 min plus 100% welcome bonus when I first signed up.  I claimed 111 & 30 min couple days ago and now I have "new promotions are coming soon".  So, if we take the multi stage promo, we cannot have the welcome bonus anymore?

    Following up on your email. We regret to inform you that due to the US government involvement inonline gambling and not permitting citizens from the USA to gambleOnline we are currently unable to accept U.S. customers to register,deposit and play at the casino. Because of this, combined with the fact that you have played and won ona free bonus, it would not be possible to withdraw the balance in youraccount.   • No, Dave, I haven't, but not just because I didn't want to.  I haven't been able to get money into my QT lately - they won't take it from my bank, and I have one card that expired and now has a replacement with a different expiration date and need to send in a new CC form to them with the new info, and hope that, with things as they are, they'll accept it.  It's been tough as nails to deposit anywhere.  Especially as strapped for cash as I am anyway.
    I have enjoyed playing at Bet Cave, and tried with some multi-stage bonuses, but ended up with like $6 and $4 after playthrough, and didn't see how I could deposit $25 to go to the second stage when all I could withdraw was the amount of the bonus... you know?  I pretty much stick to rival casinos, as they've always allowed me to win, then deposit to withdraw.  I don't mind depositing, and, right at the moment, have a little money to do so,  I just was really skeptical about putting money in and not being able to get it out.  Rightly so, I guess. 
    But I do appreciate anything you can do.  It makes an American woman so sad...

  • Dave, have you found anything that you can do for me?  It's not my fault the casino removed all of the processors from my account.  It's not like there was a requirement to make a deposit before playing.  BetCave gave out the free chip I played with, and made the rules for playthrough, which I achieved, and then they made it impossible for me to cash out.  They didn't give me any opportunity to deposit, and it wasn't required.  I have a QT account to which they could send my funds.
     
    They say American players can no longer be accepted to register, deposit, and play.  I'm not asking for any of that, and I have had an account for some time now.  I'm not trying to register and play.  And what is wrong with playing and winning on a free chip??? 

    What are you going to do to those players still depositing and who might win a free chip in one of your contests or that you have posted?  Is BetCave going to stop them from withdrawing as well? 

    I have used QT at Rival casinos before, no issues.  But BetCave is not allowing me to use it because .... why??  I'm not a "new" player.  There was no requirement of depositing to play the chip.  Is my money going to sit there until US legalizes depositing and withdrawing electronically?  Even the poker sites are starting to let their members withdraw their funds.  I did nothing wrong, and I don't accept the reasons for not allowing me to withdraw.  They simply do not apply to me as explained in the email.  Any progress on my behalf?

Then, just to know something more, I talked with the chat and...da dan I was told that my Country too cannot have promotion causing "abusers".Italy.     Then it appears a message "your balance was reduced to 89"
    So , even if I was intentioned to deposit, I was thinking that a casino changing rules in few minutes it's not so  sure...maybe they change the wagering on run...

  • Funny thing, I got the same email, but from Casino Lust.  I see they are still offering me promotions, though I never have had the chance to deposit.

    And guess what, the second stage requires a deposit.  And guess what else?  There are NO deposit methods.  Or withdrawal- no processors at all.  You know I am from the USA and you know you won't give me a processor so why torture me with promotions that aren't worth the paper on which they are written?  (lol)

    I think I've been nice, and patient, maybe I'm wrong.  Why is this group of casinos promising promotions that, once complete, are impossible to cashout or to fulfill the second stage requirement of depositing?  That's just wrong and frankly I'm surprised more members aren't rallying to try to get Bet Cave and Casino Lust to honor their own rules and pay their players as they should. 

    I'm also disappointed, Dave, that you haven't gotten back with me at all in the past week other than to say Bet Cave's email was generic and to make fun of the casino for sending it to me and to promise you would see what you could do.  You could have at least pm'ed or posted to say they aren't ever going to pay me.  Just my opinion...

    I enjoyed playing at Bet Cave, and did manage to cashout.  For anyone wondering, they do actually pay (it comes to something when you have to confirm that a Casino does actually payout winnings, but thats the world we live in today, I guess).

    Took 3 working days per withdrawal, and it was in my moneybookers.  Documents were verified within hours too smiley

    So - I do actually have one question.  I have a promotion available to me with Betcave, and it's a 100% deposit match, which is fine and dandy.  However, my normal deposit is 25-50 euros.  If I take the 100% match, even on a deposit of 50 - max cashout is ONLY 3x the bonus...making it a max cashout of 150 eur.

    Oh, and I too have the 'no promotions available' message showing at Casino Lust - not sure if this is because there actually aren't any promotions, or if I'm restricted from them!

    Is it possible to look into your promotions?  Other than that, keep up the good work with the document processing and payouts!

  • well, yes, scroll up a bit.  the issue is still not resolved since Dave said he would get back to me, and hasn't been able to yet.  Just awaiting final notice.  Hopefully it can be amicably resolved.

    The problem I am facing is our US facing processors are only available to US players who have made a deposit in the past. Since you have never made a deposit there are no cashout options for you. We currently are hard at work coming up with a solution for all US players. This will allow players to play and deposit without any problems. I appologize for the delay with this but our legal team is being extra cautious due to what happened April 15th.

    This is the way multistage promotions work. Once the time limit is up on stage 1 of the promo your balance is reduced. Once you activate stage 2 by making a deposit your account would have been credited your bonus amount. I've noticed a few others have been confused with this process. I'll see if Rival can think of a better way of doing this multi stage promos.

  • Dave, thanks so much for the reply.  I am hoping that this means my balance is safe there until such time as a processor is available for the US again?  I'll be happy with that, if that is the case and I know it is difficult for the casino at this time.  It's difficult for me as well, but knowing I have my winnings safely banked for future distribution would make me feel tons better! 

    I hope you can bring QT back as an option for me as I have funds there so that I can deposit in case I really do need to deposit first.  And for everyone's sake, just hoping you get some method for withdrawals and deposits soon.

    Beg your pardon Dave, but I can still read, at all.It was written the pt (99free, 33 minutes and 0,50 wager)  and the max bonus was 198, for sure. I think it's better if we begin to make screen about these promo. Well, I met the wager and had a 189.When I logged in again I found it was reduced to 89, have to deposit 25 as written before and wager 26 x, max cash out 2x bonus.It'snt the first time it happens something similar, so pls, I know the rules and I read every time all.It was curious even that 198...but with the balance avoided of 100 I didn't think to play, feeling quite unsure. I reported it also into an italian forum, so I know what I'm talking about in real time

  • Melody, you are right about the missing $100 according to the promo as listed for me as well.  Your balance should have dropped to $189, not $89.  In my opinion, based on the info in the cashier.

    I just checked your account. The reason your balance was reduced to 89.75 is because the terms of this promo state that the original bonus amount of $99 in stage 1 is sticky. This means it can not be transferred to stage 2.

    I've attached a screen shot of the terms you would have seen.

    However because of the confusion I will credit your account a free chip.

    you must admit the terms were not so clear at all. I'd like to play with a sign up bonus such as 200% or 100% , with an honest wager (not 100x or 50x) , with clear terms (allowed games, no/cashable bonus),no max cah out.

  • So Dave, no activity in 2 months...where are you?  Last I heard from you Casino Lust was about to open a processor so I could get my $150 out of Bet Cave.  Next thing I knew, both were closed to the USA.

    So, when and how am I to get my $150?  I won it fair and square; it's my money and I need it NOW.

    Originally we had a new payment processor lined up for CasinoLust. However Rival pulled the plug on it. In fact starting August 1, no Rival casino will allow US players (so I've been told). To get around this issue we have signed a deal with RTG. They are currently hard at work migrating CasinoLust over to there platform. The expected launch date for this is early August. When that happens CasinoLust will be happily accepting US players once again:)
