I get the whopping 10% that was the opening offer, but in over a year I have gotten an extra 10% ONCE and I believe I had to contact you to get it because they claimed to have no knowlege of it....and I got 10 free spins ONCE.......THATS IT!!  Maybe if I made just a few small deposits I could understand that, but with the kind of money I had put on there I would expect a little more from a place......I get 40 free spins every Tues and 35% weekend match bonus on Thurs at Villento.....Casino Share gives me random free spins and usually 70 -100% weekend match bonuses and if I ever have a really bad losing streak both places usually give me some kind of bonus money just because I asked!!! And those are just the microgaming casino's....you don't even want to know what kind of bonuses places like Vegas Regal give their players......Regardless, you can look into it all you want, but unless they are willing to throw in a decent bonus for me then I have no intentions of ever putting my money there again...it's not even worst it for the LCB tourney here, as both times I placed it cost me $100 in rebuys to even get the scores I did!! So even that wasn't a win really just got my money back in bonus money.....................................

oh....and No, I didn't overlook anything....I very thoroughly check all my emails including spam! And everytime I ask support I'm told I haven't earned anything and that IN THE FUTURE I will be eligable.......what future...10 years from now??

i got the same reply as satan maybe in the future and i know there is a couple others in lcb that got the same treatment  and have also stopped playing there  i myself closed my  account do to  allslots  lack of appreciation for there loyal players  and as for the lcb monthly slot tourney thats a joke  just to place u have to spend money i thought it was a FREE   roll Exclamation!!! NOT!!!!!!!!   Angry

It is not really my role here to defend the casino I represent if you are unhappy with it; if you don't like promotions, bonus, terms and conditions, games, our reputation and if you always lose then don't play with us, what else can I say? I'm not sure I can convince you...

I also don't compare the casino I represent to other casinos, if we start comparing casinos, we will never end, and this is not the sense of my presence here, that is to assist players with issues with the casino, or questions, or doubts.

Satan - I think your anger at another casino has rubbed off onto this one.  I think your attitude towards Roberto is out of order.   Roberto is here of his own free will and unfortunately, talking to him like you are will surely make him leave which means all of LCB members will suffer.

I would ask you to kindly tone down your anger and your attacks on the reps at the forum.

The tournament is free - if a player chooses to deposit and continue, that is their prerogative.  Ultimately, the tourney is free and I would like this tourney to continue on the forum.  It costs nothing to enter it which indeed makes it free.

I've not deposited and I won a prize so it is possible.

it was locked because my mother let me use her credit card once and they wanted all kinds of documentation even though i wasn't trying to cash out...anyways i sent in the documents multiple times and they still locked it. 

i dont know my account numbers, cant find the emails.

i really want to try microgaming again as i used to have really good luck on them.  compared to these tight-%#$ slots at rivals and RTG's...  seriously i went through $50 on rival today and didn't hit any win that was worth more than my bet lol.

Did you go speak with someone from chat?  If this is a legitimate problem, then they should be able to hash it out, and unlock your account.  When they find problems, accounts get locked automatically for security purposes, and all you have to do is go talk to them, straighten it out, and they will unlock it for you if indeed it is not a security or multiple account issue with them.

using someone's else credit card cause locking of the account, the suggestion above is correct, talk to the chat live, and let me have your account number, I will try to figure out if some documentation is missing or what is the problem...

I know sometimes can be annoying, but there are regulations to follow and procedures for being granted eCOGRA seal that are very rigid, so patience in many case is a must Smiley

MicroGaming Issues - Software Glitch or Scam/Ploy to make extra Money$

1 - Max. Bet Button - Purpose? So players could easily select to choose max. Bet? And what happens if a player accidentally clicks on it. Will the casino reverse the bet and give the player his/her money back? Of course not. I would consider this button to be a danger to the player - especially if the player is low in chips - this button is a death button. If a casino is truly looking out for the best interest of their players especially in the area of fair play why wouldn't the max.bet button come with a warning when clicked giving an option to continue or not or even better yet have the option to be able to toggle it off or on. With these options in place if the player chooses to continue or doesn't toggle it off - then if clicked - the player would be considered 100% responsible and liable for his/her decision.

2 - Bonus Game - High/Low (Example) - Player needs pick whether the next card is higher or lower than the last card shown. Simple enough. When the player wins the total gets win added by trickling the coins into the balance. Clicking on the screen immediately displays the total balance. Here's my issue when a player is dealt an ace(highest card) or a deuce(lowest card) **note tie is considered a win, should this not be considered an automatic win? But it isn't. As a matter of fact in both cases with an ace the option to select high or with a deuce the option to select low is still available. Why? In hopes that the player would lose a hand that would be normally and should be considered a guaranteed win?

Casinos need to make money to operate - it's a business. However I believe it should protect and be prepared to do what's best for its players especially in the area of fair play/gaming as these are the same players who support and fund their casinos' operation. It should not resort nor need to make extra Money$ from these players with such means as the ones I have stated above. Perhaps this a glitch and will be corrected. Perhaps MicgroGaming software operated casinos will address this issue to Microgaming. Perhaps players will see that the casinos are looking out for their best interest and will do what it takes to protect their players. Perhaps.
