I don't play @ these casinos anymore, but I was interested in reading what the casino rep had 2 say.  Now that I have, I'm glad I no longer play there!
Ummmmm, I thought the purpose of having casino reps on here was 2 assist the player w/ problems??  Seems 2 me in reading Roberto's posts that he's more or less just here as an observer & is not interested in taking an active role in assisting players. Sad

First of all sorry for the late reply, but as you can imagine I've also weekend, and sometimes email just slip off Smiley so no stress, and I will answer you little by little

Wintermare:our bonus system: you can play any game, and cash out anytime (off  course forfeitting the bonus that you cannot still cash out): i don't really see how this can be considered unobtainable playthrough requirements...100% bonus in this condition is a great bonus (my opinion Smiley )

Nalgenie: the email that you got had an evident problem, a mistake in the T&C: not much more can i do here rather than showing you the mistake if you have not seen it: i suggested to go to support in case they decide to give you an extre 25%, but this is not the kind of issue I can/should fix; it would be different if you receive an offer with no mistake and you get no bonus: in case support is not helping you/ not understanding your request, here I can help...


bkddh5: birthday bonus, good question, we have a promo department deciding about that, i'm not sure how you qualify for that, I will check but 1500 in deposits sounds like a good sum to qualify to me (send me you account number by MP)

Hyefivess: Huh? you should have received a no deposit bonus, I took care of it, do you confirm?

satansmuff: not much i can really say here: i hope you unlucky streak reverts and you start cashing out; if you have a specific problem with support, please let me know and I can help, i've met the support guys and they are regular people, some nice, some less nice, they can have good days, and bad days, and they have to respect a lot of rules imposed by eCOGRA and Kahnawake commissions (I assure you the list of rules is crazy long)

I try to be as helpful as possible, but please keep in mind that I try to do my best in a decent time, sometimes i'm fast, sometimes i'm less Smiley

HAHA...I'd love to start taking some of it back....only problem is, nothing hits for me, if I play blackjack, dealer ALWAYS one ups me, slots never hit, roulette never hits, I bet red then here comes black.....even the sorriest of all games that SHOULD be 50/50....WAR.....I win 1 out of 5 hands, it's never ending for me.....and honestly I would think this is exactly the kind of people casinos would want...lose, lose, lose..and still deposits, as appossed to people who cash out.....I know if I owned a business I would treat the idiots who pay me and never get a thing in return, a hell of a lot better than the people who might actually be making a few bucks off me!!

wish i could help.  let's see...i know that all slot's video poker is my favorite place to WIN if that helps.  Slots..I have much better luck at Villento.
The other thing..make use of that temperature guide..it really works.
I generally don't play anything when it is just 80, but at least 100-120 or more.  On video poker, I don't like it when its too high...watch it, and see where you are when you are winning, and when you are losing, and take note. Do this for all the games you play Satan...it will give you an incredible edge.  Trust me.

I did not get a bonus.

And i did not stand behind my word and i did deposit again.  I also contact support and they said that I am only entitle to 10% go ahead and check my account again.
