Hey Kathy...I got that same response from them when I enquired about a 50 point loyalty top off........50 points was all I was asking and was told as I deposit more I will become elgible for more and that they could do nothing for me at the moment...Ummm, I've been playing there for less than a year and have made around $4000.00 in deposits....and THAT is not enough for the sligtest compensation from them........Good luck trying to get something as they are the TIGHTEST casino I have ever played before!!

Well another add on to this post....just to let you know Roberto, I have closed my account with Allslots and will never play there again....Aside from the fact that I have been depositing there for over 2 years on a regular basis and have NEVER made a cashout, I once again inquired about getting a few points for a loyalty top off and was once again REJECTED!! They claim I haven't earned it?? How does one EARN good customer service and to be treated with a little appreciation I wonder?? Exactly how much does one have to lose in order for your casino to reward their players with a whopping 79 cents??? [79 points was all I was asking for]...I guess $4000 in the hole to you guys isn't enough and with the way you guys treat me here there is NO WAY I will ever make another deposit there...There are PLENTY of other casino's that offer there players all kinds of rewards and bonuses so there is no need to be subjected to this kind of treatment that Allslots shows me!

Hi For Satansmuff: i'm not sure i've understood, but why don't you ask for a bonus rather than for loyalty points? You earn loyalty points by playing, there is not really much sense in giving them for free, while bonus can be in many case an extra in case of losses, bad luck ecc ecc For Katy: quite strange that you have not received a birthday bonus being a VIP, I got a reply regarding regular accounts, you need to be a bit active in the months before your birthday, otherwise no bonus I thought anyway that being a VIP was something different, need to check and thanks for bringing this into attention...

Loyalty points, bonuses, free spins.......doesn't matter what I ask for I'm always told that I have not EARNED the right to recieve any bonuses, excepct they are nice enought to say I have the ongoing 10% deposit bonus.....ohhhhh 10% whole percent. I'm sorry if $4000 in losses isn't worth earning anything at your casino. And I'm not about to waiste another penny to find out just excatly how much I need to lose before I can EARN a little respect there!!!

Yup.......no need to play somewhere whee you don't get reward for you loyalty, there are HUNDREDS of other online casino's out there that offer depositing customers all kinds of perks......and by the way, when I asked for the loyaly top off, I had lost over $300.00 without earning enough points to even cash in!!!! It's whatever though, if they would rather lose customers and give themselves a bad reputation instead of showing people a little appreciation then thats thats their problem.....I for one would NOT recommend this site to anyone!!

Hyveness......good luck with hearing from their promotions department, been a player there for over a year, lost over $4000 and still can't get them to offer me any kind of bonuses, whether it be deposit or free!!
