    Ok, it scared me off from depositing there. I tend to avoid casinos with such rules. I dont want to mistakely get caught over betting and lose my winnings.

  • This matter isnow settled.  7bitcasino's decision was a fair one. .  Let me be clear the violation of T&C was noy due to some technicality or minute infraction.  I would reccomend 7bitcasino to any player who plans on playing by the rules. 

    Overall their customer Support is one fo the best.

  • Well I think this casino isn't trustful and I suggest to add it to warning list.

    I deposited 22.62 USD (after that my bonus arrived to my account), play a little and sees that there is no chance to win, so I asked for withdrawal 20 USD. So I played with my bonus and manage to wager it. But then Suppor told me that I have two choices:
    1. cancel my 20$ withdrawal and play it.
    2. accept 20$ withdrawal but they will delete 100$ bonus

    I cancel my withdrawal and played with 20$ and lost it, then I asked for this 100$ bonus cashout.
    Now they denied my 100$ cashout because I didn't wager 22.62$ deposited amount, which wasn't in terms so I just couldn't know it!

    Support wrote me this terms:

    We’ve decided to grant Ondrus with this withdrawal as a token of our appreciation for showing us a discrepancy in the terms of the bonus as it does not indeed say that player should have played with us but it says that player should have made deposit at our casino in order to get the bonus which, of course should have meant that one must have played with real money deposit before being able to get a loyalty bonus as it’s given as an appreciation for playing at our casino and not for just depositing without playing with the deposit as Ondrus did.

    The discussion appeared on the fact that this player have requested the deposit back to his account right after receiving the bonus, which automatically violated the condition of eligibility for the bonus he received. This is why such resonance took place.

    We love our players! Promoting free bonuses to entertain our customers we understand that there’s always a risk of someone trying to take a chance on us. But this is the experience that has highest value!  thumbs_up

    First things first, kudos to you 7bit for being so respectful to Ondrus, during such a shameful manipulation of terms. Situations like this are the very reason why casinos have such unfavorable wagering requirements, etc... everyone wants something for free! That simply isn't how life works & the sooner one comes to accept that the more sustained they will be.
  • The post I made prior to this was my reaction to reading this page, however, that issue is not what brought me to this thread... I would like to share my experience with other potential players because my own displeasure may prevent frustration for them later.

    Here we go... I made a small bitcoin deposit this afternoon, bonus free - I just emptied a wallet into my 7bit account, approximately $12.

    I played Casino Hold 'Em & my balance was up over .2 bitcoin which is $80. I decided to pull some of that cash out and into my wallet.

    This would be my first withdraw at 7Bit ~ I was reassured knowing that the cashier clearly stated BITCOIN TRANSACTIONS ARE INSTANT.

    I withdrew .18 ($73) at exactly 1:48 pm. My withdrawal is still pending & I think it is important to share the way I was treated during the course of inquiring about the "INSTANT" claims made in the cashier.

    So there you have it, all of the unedited truth. I may have come across sassy at times, simply because I wanted him to empathize & agree that it was unfair that I may have to wait three days for an instant withdraw. Instead, the few times that he did engage in the conversation he reminded me that MOST btc transactions are instant, just not MINE, adding no further reasoning as to why this would be the case.

    FYI yes I did receive a confirmation email asking me to verify my wallet destination immediately after I processed the withdrawal - Verification was approved and the payment is still pending.

  • I am sure that everything will be fine with your withdrawal, I have made many withdrawals thus far and without any problems. I always have made withdrawals to skrill and max waiting time has been around 2 days, maybe 3, but not more. I have had issues with chat too but I have also noticed that sometimes it has been because of my browser, that I didnt get any messages and then I would be getting emails from support, to answer my issue. Last time I spoke with them I was a little sad though, I had written them an email asking about loyalty bonus and received email with 100% match offer, as a loyalty bonus from their support. When I actually wanted to deposit and to see the details for it, I was told that min deposit for it was 100$ while in the email there wasn't such info.. And there have been times when I've spoken/ or waited for an answer to a regular question from 7bit support for 30 minutes, so I understand your frustration JennaROX. That all being said, I do trust them and am sure you'll get your winnings soon .:)

I am not used to waiting on bitcoin transfers, especially when they are advertised as instant. I am happy to say that 7bit does pay, just not as instant as some of the instants that I have experienced.

    I would like to add that 7bit's payment was not lightening fast but when compared to the amount of time that it normally takes for US players to receive a payment, it might as well have been.

  • I've made a bitcoin cashout request over 36 hours ago, and still no bitcoin has been sent to my bitcoin wallet address.  I keep getting told that my request is priority and being sent to the finance department.  7Bit...may I make a suggestion?  Fast withdrawal means just that...it's FAST!  And when you play using BITCOIN, the deposits and withdrawals should be instant. Pay out winnings when a player, who has actually deposited, and played, and won, requests a cashout withdrawal.

    Don't be a casino if you don't want to pay out winnings.

  • i just received this email in my inbox, and I must say that I'm absolutely shocked that LCB is doing any sort of business, or partnership, or even is an affiliate of this type of player abuse.  This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of, and I can guarantee that I didn't receive any more bonuses other than the initial percentage match plus the advertised free spins.  This is a boldfaced lie.  This is also slander. I am extremely uncomfortable right now.  I withdrew over 1.3 BTC that I won fair and square.  1 BTC converts to nearly $800 at the present moment.  I need some help, LCB.  I'm including the email I received, verbatim, below:

    ok.  This ain't right at all. The initial sign up deposit bonus is a percentage match, plus free spins.  I was given the match right away, which I lost, then had to contact support 3 times over a period of 2 days to find out what games the free spins were being awarded on, and how I go about activating them, or playing the spins. Sent emails the first two times, and received no response, so I went to live chat, where I was told the 100 free spins advertised are awarded in 4 consecutive 25 free spin increments (although, some of their banners on other affiliate sites advertise 175 free spins - the banner I clicked on, only offered 100)...

    I was guided through the awarded spins by the same live chat agent, who assured me this was exactly how the promotion worked, and that I was staying within the guidelines of the terms and conditions as long as I did not place a single bet of over 5mBTC. So I kept my bets under that, and made it all the playthrough requirements for the winnings of my free spins.... Then made an initial withdrawal/cashout request on the 14th of December.  It is now the 20th.

    According to our welcome promotion, a user can get 100% welcome bonus plus 25 free spins for the following 4 days totalling 100 free spins for the initial deposit of 50 mbtc. In this case, player will receive all the bonuses automatically by the system with no need to contact support. However, in this particular case, the initial deposit was less than required, this is why all the bonuses were claimed by the user in chat. Freespins bonuses were added by the support representatives and then activated by the player. It appears that claiming the last set of freespins, the system added two freespins bonuses at a time, instead of one and user didn't report it to support, activated both bonuses and won from the second one.

    The requested cashout is a win from the bonus that was activated after the player already used 100% welcome bonus and 4 freespins bonuses included to the welcome package, which is why this bonus cannot be considered as a no-max cashout bonus. Therefore, is was considered as a free bonus with a regular 5 times max cashout rule and player has been informed that the requested cashout will be declined and the amount exceeding 5 times the bonus will be voided.

     

    Before making a deposit, it is always better to check the rules of the bonuses either through chat or on the bonus page and this situation wouldn't have appeared if players initial deposit would match the required amount.

    After playing with a match bonus of 100% and 4 sets of bonuses of 25 free spins advertised in our welcome promotion, user played with another bonus which has been added due to a system glitch that added two bonuses simultaneously instead of one, as the last set of freespin bonuses.
