  •             Basically, rferry5  it's a virtual currency which spends like regular money and you can buy it with regular currency,  but it's designed more for online transactions.  There are many good videos on You Tube that can explain it  a Hell of a lot better than I could.  Many advantages in my opinion:    The speed of the transactions (withdrawals/deposits)  is so fast it's pretty much all I play with lately.  As I  understand it also,  it's legit,  legal,  and the fees associated with Bitcoin are really very small.  Check out the video(s).  It can seem like a lot but  once you use it a few times it'll make a lot of sense.  The amount of sites that accept it is still growing so it's becoming  a lot more mainstream  in the online world.

    I was playing LIVE BJ and while playing. The pitboss cancelled the games 3 times due to connection issues on there part.

    While playing again. I was dealt a soft 17 and requested a hit. I did not receive a card. I contacted Linda and see was like sorry for the technical difficulties. So I inquired with Live Support they looked and said it was on my end as nothing could be done. So im out of 50 mBTC was the play. Even though I know I did request a hit.

    A little while later Im betting 50 mBTC again and was dealt a 6 and requested a hit. Again the casino timed out and I didnt get a card. So I goto CS agent Linda again. This time she pretended like she checked the hand but she didn't. So I called her out on it. Here is the chat below catching her in a lie

    There is just too many issues with your casino at the moment. I would advise new players to tread carefully. Glitches, disconnections and poor CS is one. There is no regulation body to go to for complaints. I will be avoiding bitcasino for the time being. Sorry im going back to USD casinos.

    I try and support them as im a vip there. But when you lose bets because of issues on there end. Then they tried to say it your fault. Enough is Enough, Im still down 80 from losing bets that was their fault. I have had other member contact me complaining about issues and money being lost due to their faulty software.     WTF??? Dude you have no ideal what I went thru dealing with them and vip service as well. I have given them time and time again chances after chances. This company has plenty of bad warnings written about them. Including from a reputed gaming portal. When CS agent is going to out right lie to you not just about refund. But lie in order to get you to redeposit and doesn't hold up to their end. Then it should be known to everyone. Sorry if you don't see it my way. But it's my right to do as i see fit. Thank you!

    If you talking about a certain site where the operator is completely against Bit Coin, I can't believe his reviews anyways.  The offending software that he initially rogued has been discontinued.  Hence the no more Aristocrat games.

    Depends what bonus you were using? Just the standard 25%? I don't usually bother with those but have been using them more lately just because it takes a decent while sometimes for the 5 confirmations to come in so I'm going to be playing a while anyways and might as well use a bonus. I've successfully cleared many of those. Only a few times did I win decent right away and bust out before wagering. I always use small $10-20 deposits and its a nice little bump and the wagering isn't too excessive imo.

    Sometimes they will have some decent promotions offering a 100% or more bonus and I also take full advantage of those as well because you get a big boost to a bankroll and the wagering is 35x bonus amount which comes out to 17.5x bonus + deposit which isn't that bad. I've not been able to clear those bonuses much without busting out but I fully understand the risks in taking those types of bonuses but I still think they are much better than most other casino bonuses which are almost always B+D and much higher like 30x.

    Overall I'm happy at bitcasino. I've all but dumped almost every other online casino because I love the VIP gift rewards that bitcasino offers. Yeah sure you can play at others that give free chips out and stuff but in the end I get nothing out of them and with the gifts I have items I use daily. I just received my 2nd gift this week. So far I've got over $500 in gifts and am down overall money maybe 1000-1500. Also hit 3 numbers in lotto this month and that was a very nice surprise waking up to 625mbtc in my account with no wagering attached.

    I don't know of any other online casino that could treat me any better and give as nice of rewards. Most casinos are cheap as hell when it comes to loyalty. It's a one way street but not with bitcasino.io

    Hi VNBoy, care to name specifically you've dealt with that you didn't like? For the most part I've never had any issues and I've corresponded with all of the support. Yes there are a couple that are very straight forward and may come off rude but they all seem to do the job well. That is they are limited in the abilities it seems to do anything other than add a deposit bonus or check on your point balances and such. If any other important issues I just ask it to be forwarded to the VIP or contact them myself.
  • So I realize this is a long shot, because this thread is super old, yet maybe we can raise the rep on this one.

    It would appear that they totally trashed there own holiday promotion.

    This year they were slated to give out 160 prizes as part of there BitMas holiday drawing, and the prizes stayed in tact up and until the drawing.  Top prize was 1.8 BTC down to smaller prizes of 50 mBTC for 120 players.

    The drawing came and went then magically the 120 50 mBTC prizes went poof.  Now I realize they have we can do what we want clause in there lotto draw terms and conditions.  Yet to totally dump all 50 mBTC prizes seem kind of shitty if you ask me.

    I really hope someone can step up with an explanation on why these prizes dissappeared?  Are they going to be used in a different drawing or was there not enough participation for there liking so heaven forbin everyone might have won a prize.

    I really used to like this site quite a bit, yet because of the way things are changing with the draws and VIP treatment.  Is really making me reconsider playing here.

    Honestly since they also had people deposit using match bonuses during the previous 12 days up and until Christmas as part of this same promotion.  I sort of  feel they should also refund those people's deposits as well because they decided to change the draw at the last minute.

  • Apparently MelissaN apparently I'm not the only who noticed.  Several have taken to Facebook, Twitter, and Bit Coin Talk asking about the reduction in prizes all of a sudden.

    Plus they made the silly mistake of advertising the promotion as it stood in full on 3 networks.  I hoping since I'm getting the same generic rule #11, which states there allowed to change promotions or cancel them at any time.  That somewhere someone in upper management will speak as to why the change happened.  Besides the generic answer were getting from the front line support.

    Smells sort of fishy and rogue behavior I would say.  At this point I should have read the signs when they had pirated software.  Yet generally speaking they have treated me well, just don't understand the sudden change.

    Thank you for looking into for me, hopefully between you or the 3 other ways I have to contact them.  Something will be resolved.

    So you have heard from them, right? Have you got the bonus offer? They got back to us saying that they are looking into your message and they will reply here. But hope it's all sorted out.

  • So apparently not only has my host grant me with a small chip, apparently my original 4 tickets for the draw.  Have been re-entered into another draw for the remaining 120 prizes.  So this might turn out better than I thought.

    So for anyone who might have also been affected by this promotion, as long as you followed the terms and conditions. You'll have your original tickets re-entered into a second draw assuming you haven't already won.

  • Lawenforcer1 online casinos are scam. They lie about multiple account all over, forums are full of it. They let you play in/lose and if you hit big they scam delaying making you reverse and if you dont then they mess up ID verification and if you got all fine then they make up things about multiple account, they do everything to mess you up. They do all they want and will just pay you if they see it has cheaper than taking the hit from having them blamed all over internet for scam. All you can hope for is them to figure it's better business to pay you. Licenses or not will not change much since gaming comissions are paid and run with casino money and do not care about players. The whole industry is garbage and the corruption is obvious up to political level since you can easily prove the frauds as i been doing for last 2 years and no one cares and nothing happens.     You claim multiple accounts but provide no evidence when requested.

    This is a clear case of a fraudulent casino whereby deposits are taken at will and KYC etc is requested upon the smallest withdrawal.

    Your terms are clear upon closed or disabled accounts as I requested this account to be closed permanently now due to this sickening behavior.

    I demand that my remaining funds be returned to me as it is against the law to accept deposits and not give the client his money back when requesting withdrawal. 

    If suspicion is created upon opening an acc then KYC must be requested before a player can deposit.  LCB I feel that this is totally against the law to let a player deposit but deny withdrawal.

    A players remaining funds shpuld be returned in such a scenario.

    We run an online casino forum which is quite popular to assist in resolving disputes between client and casino,problem gamblers as well as promoting reputable,fair and equitable casino's. I will however not promote my forum here.  JUST TO GIVE YOU SOME FEEDBACK:

    Several players have requested assistance with complaints against bitcasino.io, bitstarz, mbitcasino just to name a few and lodged grievances against this LCB platform.

    I must say that I was shocked at the level of deceit and fraud that these casinos and forum moderators etc commit.

    I have had bitcasino.io management offer a certain percentage of players frozen funds to be paid out to us in exchange for protecting their reputation and deleting complaints.

    Some of these establishments claim to have licenses but upon questioning the licensing authority you will clearly note that they deny and relationship and declare licenses invalid which is simply FRAUDULENT.

    These casinos are very deceptive and take clients winnings as when and they see fit.

    Bitcasino for one requests KYC procedures as soon as a player starts withdrawing more than twice irrespective of how small the amounts and are blatantly deceptive upon signup where they claim to not need any personal details and payouts are lightning fast.

    We have had more than 50 complaints in the past 3 months with regards to non payment,frozen funds,bogus duplicate account claims by this establishment and this web of lies is now spiralling totally out of control.

    One more thing,both casino and player have a responsibility when it comes to responsible gambling and a gambling addiction is a disease. There has been several claims against bitcasino.io for stealing self excluded gamblers deposits and not paying out or returning remaining funds.

    It is unlawful to say the least to accept money from a self excluded gambler and not void any bets,winnings etc. Voiding bets returns a player to their original position as if they did not gamble..which is clearly what is detailed in the terms of many casinos.

    Bitcasino.io has repeatedly taken players monies even after players have indicated that they just realised that they have a self excluded acc and would like their remaining funds or deposits returned.How can a "so called" reputable establishment take players monies freely but not payout when needed!!

    Just a word of advice, look for online forums that protect your interest instead of the casinos.

    Forums such as this one just takes the casinos point if view into account and protects their interests. 

    BITCASINO.IO just a word of advice, you will turn to ashes if you regularly cheat players the way you do. Using a bogus license and pirated software is not enough for you?
