i know ewallet express charges 10% when u withdrawal..

Well to withdrawal to wired plastic, if you do an incoming wire transfer it's $6.95.  Otherwise if you use an ACH option it'll be free.  The ATM withdrawal fee is $2 per withdrawal with up to a $500 per day maximum withdrawal limit.  Otherwise if you plan on just using the card for daily expenses then the only fee you'd incur is the incoming fee and possibly the monthly fee.

TY to th both of u for u replies...what i meant was do u know how much qt charges when u withdrawal..i am so sorry..but it is good to know about wired plastic..because i am waiting for the card to arrive...
