Before i start i do not mean to offend anyone but i must speak my mind( ;)i love you guys). Serously,i have gotten sooooooo many emails saying i won a contest or i have a freebie at winpalace or slots jungle im getting tired.The email has my name on it but when i run like a jack rabbit to the casino to claim nothing and more nothing.The casino says its for newplayers only but 1 question  ,Why is my name on the email? I posted before under direct support and got 4 emails in 1 day for my troubles.Maybe its an error but it needs to be fixed.Im not giving them another dime ive spent loads already at that casino.Gl all and thanks for letting me post  |

Winpalace is the king of marketing morons! I am not saying they are rogue, but they are dumber than rest. Usual rival like box24 sends you a free chip for birthday then tells you in the cashier/chat that you are not eligible for a birthday present. Very clever customer service. Could this get worse? Winpalace sets up an exclusive competition here on our forum (last year), then you win and what happens is: pm arround with the casino representative for about a week only to learn that you are a forum exclusive, individual contest winner that is not eligible, because I have accounts with other Rival casinos. Just delete them from your harddisk! |

You forgot to mention the slots are as tight as a goldfish' butthole. I gave up on them a few months ago. Made several deposits, never even got a half decent win. I mean, even Taadaaa used to call them NoWinpalace. If he cant win there, who can?? They send freechipcodes that never work, and support is also crap. How a place like this could possibly take over a great place like Titan I'll never understand. |

Lol Rena, the day I closed my account with them, I get an e-mail stating my account is close. That evening I check my e-mail about 9 pm, I had 7 e-mails from them giving me all these bonuses. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA so I sent an e-mail to them stating I would not go back to a place that is called NO WINPALACE. I get another e-mail asking where I heard that from, SO I told them GOOGLE and many forums. I still get the e-mails for deposit bonuses. No WinPalace, doesn't listen very well either!

when no win palace first came around i deposited 12 or more times one of the last times I had taken a bonus and by my calculations had made playthrough and was goin to cash out was told playthough was 50 cent on the dollar ...I wrote about on this forum and the next day win palace says they changed it to a dollar for a dollar....they are the worst and they ruined titan which was one of my favorite places....but now neither gets my money or ever will.....I see after so much time has passed that i wasn't wrong about them .......
