I'm bored today and redeemed $7 free at Royal Ace casino.  Never thought that I could win with this little amount.  I was up to $380 just in matter of 10 min of playing.  I redeemed free chip there before without depositing.  Now, I can't cash this one out  Angry Sad Sad Sad

Funny thing is I contacted livechat after the win and he reset the balance back to zero Grin, now I can't even play for comp pts, lol.

Hey hun, they will let u redeem free chips in a row, just not let you cash out.  You are one of the lucky ones, sometimes they close your account.

Hi Taaa,

I will never understand why these casinos would even consider locking any player out. If you win on a free chip...though it may be void for not following the rules...its a temptation to make a deposit.

We all know our favorite casino....our favorite slot game...is where we won! I think it was smart on this casino's part they did not "lock" you out. Your a depositing player at many casinos...to lose you on a lock would be foolish.

I hope some of these reps read these posts and can respond to why the hell they lock accounts. Of course if its repeated and a player continuously tries to cash a chip then they are not REAL players and should be banned.

There is so many casinos out there with so many free chips....once in awhile we make a mistake..cut us some slack...warn us ...don't ban us...its your loss too.
